I actually don't like trying acai places because they can be so hit and miss. Sometimes the acai can be like a frozen hockey puck and sometimes it can be bland. That was absolutely not the case here. I thought the acai was delicious. The serving size is about the same size container you would see at a frozen yogurt place, which was sufficient for me. Something I found interesting was that usually acai places offer pretty basic other options such as sandwiches and paninis. Here it was Brazilian cheese bread and also empanadas, which I would like to try if I'm back in the area. I do think it is amusing that I was initially concerned that they wouldn't be open for dinner hours. Turns out they don't close until midnight. Welcome to LA!

Guava flavor is on point and it's a bit sweeter than the regular açaí (I got both flavors to compare). The assortment of toppings is great and the consistency was still nice after a 30 min DoorDash ride. Would definitely recommend and I'll be ordering from here again soon!

Finally tried truly açaí and it's TRULY delicious!!!! Ingredients tasted fresh and refreshing, I had the double base of mango and açaí with original toppings. I was impressed, the place is clean, friendly staff, and I even win their 10sec clock challenge . Will be back to enjoy this place

Açaí bowls were fresh, fruit was good, and good options from the menu to customize to your liking. Staff was nice, place was very clean/organized. We did eat it at the location, so I think a lot of the negative reviews are based on postmates/delivery services.. but what do you expect when you are too lazy to delivery service a frozen item lol. Overall I'd recommend, and come again if I'm in the area for acai bowls!

Come here! Our smoothies were so good! I got the wake up smoothie with added protein and my dad got the berry storm smoothie. Both were 5/5 super delicious. I really recommend the wake up smoothie if you like peanut butter/chocolate type stuff. Also really nice guy, I assume he's the owner. Friendly and good customer service. The shop also has a nice vibe to it. Would return.

By far the best Açaí Bowls in downtown! The açaí was fresh, the fruit was fresh and it also turned out great after having it delivered to the fire station! It wasn't melted like other açaí deliveries I've ordered. Will definitely be making this a weekly stop! Highly recommend it!

Uber eats delivered to me, but every time I do, it comes in perfect quality and quantity they definitely do not skimp on the toppings!! all fresh ingredients, and tons of chopping to choose from for a super cheap price, my opinion this is the best açai and healthy smoothie juice place in downtown for their affordable price. I probably deserve some kind of free discount because I order from this place almost every single day. No joke. I've spent over $1000 on Uber eats just on this one restaurant.

I finally tried Truly Açaí and I'm so glad I did because everything was actually SO good. The shop is super cute, clean, and just has that fresh, feel-good energy when you walk in. I ordered 2 açaí bowls and 2 smoothies (yes I went all in lol) and every single thing tasted fresh and high quality. The PB açaí protein smoothie had 59g of protein and was thick, creamy, and really filling. The Tropical Dream smoothie literally tasted like a vacation in Mexico. So refreshing. For my bowls, I mixed the bases and did half oat matcha with açaí for one and half coconut with açaí for the other. The coconut base was unreal. Easily my favorite. I was obsessed with the flavor. The service too was really great. The lady that helped me and made our yummy treats was super nice and friendly! Healthy, delicious, and actually satisfying. Definitely one of my new go-to spots when I'm craving something clean but still fun. I'll 100% be back. read more

Delicious, fresh, and best of all - right in my neighborhood, Truly Açaí featured the freshest Acai bowls/smoothies I've tried so far in LA. In addition to Acai bowls, the Brazilian bread and empanadas are top tier as well. The ham + cheese empanadas were my favorite. The only drawback is parking, as it's in Koreatown. But that's what Uber Eats and DoorDash is for (TA is on all the major food delivery apps). I was luckily able to find free street parking a block away when I visited. read more

My girlfriend and I went to eat açaí bowls when we were in LA and everything from the service to the ambiente was amazing! The fruits were all cut fresh, the açaí was delicious. Also if you really like empanadas, this is a great spot to get them. We tried one beef and one pepperoni and we loved them! My sister and I got horrible food poisoning from here!!! I got a too good to go order from here and obviously with food from the end of the day or maybe even a day or two in the freezer it's not going to be perfect but Jesus CHRIST was that horrible. It tasted like play dough and the fruit tasted old. I know it wasn't something else I had aten since this food poisoning only struck my sister and I. A star for the nice lady at the front though. Can't say I would recommend it at all. read more

Great vibe, great kind owner from Brazil, and GREAT acai!!! Was super surprised to see negative reviews - I got the açaí and mango base and everything was super fresh. I wasn't expecting to get it but after he gave a sample it was too good to refuse! Gives generous toppings + drizzles. If you're thinking about coming here definitely try it out!!! Super authentic, the owner Rafael explained how açaí bowls are commonly topped with condensed milk in Brazil so I gave that a try. So glad this spot opened up!! read more

the service here was truly bizarre and so was the açaí . i went in today and a girl comes out and doesn't greet me or anything which is fine but then she sees im still looking at the menu and walks to the back and never comes back out even after me calling out "hello" multiple times. so i order on the screen they have in there and she comes out to make it . finally i get my açaí and its kinda like shredded ice feeling just super icy and not blended fresh like i thought it would be . 0/10 would not come again. read more

I went in person and I got my order so my experience might've been different because of this, compared to the earlier reviews. Açaí was good, fairly priced for LA, and opened till late. Ambiance is pretty good but not an ideal place to have convos. Parking is a little difficult but that's LA haha. Overall pretty solid acai shop in LA. read more

Funny I found this place just by searching "acai" in my Google Maps and thank goodness I did find it. This is the best acai place I've ever eaten in Los Angeles. The portion sizes are amazing. The quality of the ingredients are so fresh you can taste it in each bite. Seeing the employee actually cut up fruit slices to put in my bowl put a smile on my face. Not to mention he was extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself a tiny cozy little slice off of 3rs Street. The ambiance is very reserved with great uplifting music playing. I would recommend this spot to all of my friends and family. read more

I had a very unfortunate experience being harassed at this store, like I was a criminal. I always order the same smoothie so I was surprised today when my smoothie was a different color than usual. I took a sip and it tasted different, too. I went back to the counter and politely informed the male staff member that I had ordered a different drink (and I remember the drink he gave me must have been the one the woman behind me ordered). I proceeded to be verbally berated and told there was no way that I ordered a different smoothie. In a threatening tone, the staff says he will check the cameras to confirm. He make a brief phone call in the back and says that allegedly I did order the smoothie he made for me, but his boss said it was okay for him to make me another one. Ok, weird, but I don't care about being right or not - I just want my normal smoothie. As he is making it, I throw away the first smoothie in the only garbage can - I had taken a few sips and obviously it would not be sanitary to try to return it. When he returns with my new smoothie, I am immediately spoken to again in a threatening tone, "Where is the other smoothie?" I informed him I threw it away because I had taken a sip. He proceeds to begin looking through the garbage and pulls the first smoothie out! I get out of the store as fast as I can and I was so rattled from the whole event. I guess just know if you're ordering from there - you may be receiving a smoothie that was taken from the garbage. read more

This spot is a neighborhood gem! I truly cannot understand the negative reviews. All the açaí bowls I've gotten (both classic and passionfruit base) have been fresh and delicious. I've been to so many açaí spots and this one is one of the best values. Premium ingredients like chia seeds and almond butter for no extra cost, bowls chock full at a great price. I also had a delicious empanada - can't wait to try the other hot foods available! Staff has always been friendly and the space is clean and bright. read more

It was our first time trying the Truly Acai from the Too Good to Go app. I reserved two acai bowls that costs $18 each originally but purchase a discounted price because of the app. I called ahead to confirm if I could pick them up before 2 PM, but customer service informed me that I could only collect them after 2 PM, up until 4 PM as per the app's guidelines. When we arrived to pick up the surprise bags, we were unsure what to expect. One bowl was great, filled with various fresh fruits, but the other was disappointing, as it only contained the acai base. Overall, it was nice, but I didn't think an acai bowl with just the base was worth the $18 as advertised. We didn't tell the service crew what to put in the bowl since it was a "surprise" bag. The service was fast, but the other acai bowl was missing fruits. You can see on the picture I took. read more

Definitely something we needed on this side of Koreatown. Finally a healthy conscious and tasty choice in the corner of 3rd and Kenmore. Today I got a large bowl with passion fruit and coconut as base , bee pollen, almonds, coconut, blueberries, mango , strawberries , delicious and good size. The smoothies are consistent as well , my favorite is the green one . Açaí hits the spot. Service is very attentive and cordial .
