Such a gem! After dealing with my return, I decided to browse the store because l believe they truly deserve my business. I got a lovely pair of shorts for an upcoming vacation. I would have gladly bought them in every style but they only had one available in my size. The cashier that rang up my order was just as lovely and delightful as her manager. I found her to be open and receptive to a customer's needs. I like that! I am convinced that I will be returning to this store soon. Thanks, Bella and staff!

Today, I visited the Lane Bryant store in Braintree, Massachusetts, and had one of the worst customer service experiences. There were two employees behind the register, one of whom appeared to be a manager. Neither employee acknowledged my presence, despite the fact that I--and at one point another customer--were the only people in the store. I stood in line for a noticeable amount of time while the manager continued working on something else rather than assisting me. At no point did she acknowledge me, make eye contact, or offer even a simple statement such as "someone will be with you shortly." The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was disappointing and came across as both disrespectful and dismissive. I have been a loyal Lane Bryant customer for several years, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

Not even an empty spot with a sale tag forlornly showing how they were sold out. Fortunately I was able to make due with an updated version of the same, same brand I was looking for, but just for a little more money. I picked it up and went on my way. The store seemed good sized with a garage and a parking lot out front where Tesla electric car stations lined one side. Not sure what else besides the Target is located at The Shoppes at Page Pointe, cause I didn't head any further in.

I like to shop for things like these at Target since they usually have better selection and brands than Walmart or other discount store. The store was very well kept and vey clean when I visited. The selection here will definitely be different from what you see online. I am usually disappointed that they never have my favorite style, Reactiv, made from recycled plastic bottles. I was envisioning a much larger selection. They did have a few pieces to stop and give pause but nothing earth shattering. Now what I will say is that they had a fully stocked skincare/haircare section that had amazing deals and 75% of the stock was name brand products. The purse section was also pretty well stocked though I think you'll find more of a variety at Burlington with better price points. The remainder of the store had similar offerings that the other various Tj Maxx's have in the region just slightly more upscale with no sparse shelves or racks. So overall worth a stop, but slightly lower your expectations if you were specifically coming in for Runway and only Runway.

It can seem a little disorganized in the aisles at times but if you're willing to spend just a few minutes in each aisle looking around you can get some good merchandise at very reasonable prices. I saw a worker fixing shelves and moving products to their proper places so I can definitely see that when the aisles need attention the workers are right on it. They have a good gardening section for those who like to grow their own indoor and outdoor plants. There is also a nice food department stocked with pastas, sauces, candies and snacks. I do enjoy browsing through their beauty aisle where you can find some good discounted cosmetics. Definitely not top shelf brands but it's always great to try something new and get a break on prices at the same time. Last time I was there I found some good cleaning supplies and trash bags for the house since I was running low on those types of items. I found recently that I bought a grill cover for my grill to replace one I had for years from a different company and thought that this one for the price would work nicely! You get what you paid for and found out that this item was a very thin plastic cover with elastic on the bottom and fused pieces . It fit nicely but it split at the seam as you can visually see on the photo where I had to repair it with duck tape . I should return it and shop elsewhere. But for now I need to cover my grill! Besides I threw away the packaging once I used it!******** If the manager sees this and says I can return it without the original packaging and my receipt THEN I WILL!

Upon entering from the mall entrance, I was met with a purple Frankenstein Hello Kitty, which by the way, I've been on the hunt for! I was very close to purchasing it but I noticed it had some flaws, so I didn't end up going home with it. This location has a lot of inventory, noticeably more than many other locations. The store is a decent size and it's located inside Square One Mall. They have an entrance from inside the mall but they also have an entrance from the parking lot if you aren't needed to go into the mall. Anyway- I wasn't impressed with this location. Seemed kinda messy and disorganized. There seemed to be alot of trash on the shelves too. Not sure if it was just an off day or that's the vibe all the time. Not sure I'd rush back to this location but maybe I will at some point. The children's section looked big- it seemed bigger than some other locations.
