My daughter likes parking at the side entrance lot. So she waits while I or her daughter go get one. When we leave she waits while one of us returns it. That meant my daughter and us, as well as anybody else. would have to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND from the front to where the car was on the side. I was NOT happy and pretty vocal about it. I pulled up today and there was no one there. An associate came out and asked for my pickup # and that he will be right back. I told him he marked it as pickup (they are timed with their orders) but yet never gave it to me. Management needs to correct this issue and not have the associates ask for the pickup number until they give the items to the customer. I know they can see it on their end with what we purchased, so there's no need to ask for the number. The only thing I can think of is something is fishy going on so it makes them look like the pickup times are super fast, in reality they aren't.

I was actually pleasantly surprised to see that the women's clothing and shoe areas were much neater than I remembered. I stopped in this weekend to make a return. There were two people waiting at the counter, and only one employee was working in the area, handling both returns and in-store pickup orders. This was frustrating because each pickup order took quite a bit of time - the employee had to walk back and forth to the other side of the store to retrieve the items. The in-store pickup orders should be located in the same area where returns are handled, or there should be two employees working the counter: one handling returns and one handling pickups. On a busy Saturday, having just one employee manage both is simply not enough. The current setup is inefficient and poorly designed, and it creates unnecessary wait times for customers.
