If you dive into the average dumpster you're apt to find enough coupons for Kohl's to net the average purchase out to zero. A promotional strategy that has left me dumbfounded over how they ever turn a profit. No matter, the store is solid, if unspectacular, featuring brands and styles that won't exactly leave you rubbing shoulder pads at the next GQ shoot, but should suffice quite nicely at the upcoming khaki-themed company picnic. I purchased two polos and some socks -- and Kohl's paid me $10 for the trouble. That's my Kohl's. Four solid stars. read more

This review is based upon a new service. They now take returns for Amazon. There is a separate return kiosk near the customer service area. Bring your item, they scan the return code on your phone, and you are done! Kohl's will package and ship the item for you. They give you a 25% coupon for use within 7 days. Kudos to Amazon and Kohl's for this convenient new return option. read more

Customer service counter is at the front of the store, which makes the returns process and online order pickups very convenient for customers in a rush. Restrooms are also located in the front of the store, by the Misses section. read more

This store is kept clean and neat. The lines move swiftly and are generally short. The problems lie with the signage. When I asked about something I thought was on sale I was told that there are multiple signs on that display. We excused ourselves leaving our merchandise behind. I thought laws we're in place to protect customers from falling prey to such scams and I am very disappointed that the cashier, who said she knew the display because it was her area, seemed proud of the way it was set up. Shame on you Kohl's. You should make enough money not to stoop to such shameful advertising practices. read more

It's a Nice Store. Overall, it's a nice and clean store. No issues with staff or merchandise. read more

Discounts!!! I would've given Kohl's 5 stars, but the stress of always wondering if the price will go down tomorrow? should I bother checking? will it end up on clearance in 3 days? can have you running to Kohl's constantly. They make it easier by having locations almost anywhere you might find yourself in the valley. And for a night owl like me, their hours are just perfect, open later than most other stores. They are very savvy business people. Their liberal return policy and price reduction if they lower the price - no receipt needed - is among the most generous in the industry. But hey, if you're there to return something, or get the price reduced, you're most likely going to walk around and buy something, especially since you're carrying around their latest 15, 20, or 30% discount card or $10 Kohl's cash, right? It's beginning to get wearying. Having said all that, lately almost every bit of clothing I buy comes from Kohl's. Sometimes I feel as if I should move into one of those comforter-decked beds in the back of the store. If they start serving breakfast, I might consider it. The nicest branch I've been in is the one in Centennial, the only one with real carts that even have drink holders, and brightly lit and clean dressing rooms. Beats the heck out of pushing that baby stroller in all the other locations! read more

Have never had any issues when coming here. I also feel like it's so large that it's rarely crowded and I can shop and browse in total peace and relaxation. I hate nothing more than to compete with people for fitting rooms! I came here for a lot of bras once, and the fitting room right by there is almost always empty. So there's no wait, and I can take my time, people are talking loudly right by me. Even once on a Black Friday (afternoon), it was calm. My husband was surprised and pleased since he's from NY and not used to anything but insane crowds. When I do shop here, the lines aren't long. There will be a few people in front of you, but not a line so long it's winding around. What's funny is that the return line is usually longer than people shopping. But even when there is only one worker manning the returns, they strive to move quickly. To the point where they are firmly, yet nicely, nudging along customers who are taking too long to leave. Parking lot is big, and shared with other businesses and restaurants. Can always find a spot. More organized and neater than other locations. If I have the time, I like to leisurely browse and shop here, not having to navigate and deal with a mess of clothes on the floor. read more

I really like this store. The prices are great, and they have a lot of great clothing here as well. The staff I don't find friendly or helpful. They give the worst directions about where anything is. I still can't find the clothing I'm looking for, and they are extremely understaffed. The staff has an attitude, but the store overall has great clothing, and great prices. The store is overall super clean, and the floors are always polished. It feels very chilly in there though. Before, I thought this place was actually called Cold's. LOL. It's a great store, though. WIll be my next place to get some good clothing. read more

I went to this location to return a Amazon item. The line was way past the women's lingerie department. I went to the front of the store where I saw four women employee's standing at the entrance when I came in.I asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager wasn't in today. I then asked to speak with the person in charge. One of them stated the four of them are in charge. I then informed her about the ridiculously long line at the Amazon counter. I was told it's the last day, as though I'm supposed to understand wth that means, so I asked, it's the last day for what? She then stated, it's the last day for Christmas returns. I was astounded and wondered exactly wth does that have to do with the one individual working the counter, when there are clearly four employee's standing around doing absolutely nothing but gossiping!!?? Then she said they have nothing to do with Amazon. Are you freaking kidding me right now!!?? I was baffled and asked her if I am not literally standing inside of Kohls!! She read the look on my face and got her ass in gear and walked to the back where the Amazon counter was and proceeded to assist. Needless to say the line started moving. Perhaps Kohls needs to review if they're overstaffed because they're paying employees to stand around and gossip while others are busting their butts. I tried to get this employee's name, but her name tag was turned around so no one could read it. If it were possible to give no stars, that's exactly what this review deserves. read more

Store is clean and well-lit (I believe in starting off on a positive note). Clothes are still all on the wrong size hangers! WHAT IS GOING ON? I have to look at the inside tag to verify the actual size. Nine times out of 10....WRONG. I tried in vain to use the kiosk this weekend to order something...had a question and could not locate ONE employee to help out. I am getting a little turned off by the East Brunswick store. Is anyone listening??? read more

I have been going to Kohl's since the time I have come to this country. I like this store. Nice collection and comes at a reasonable rate. The staff is friendly and it is easy to locate what you want. The discounts and coupons add to the fun of shopping from here. Great place to shop for casuals, however, the formal dress collection is a little disappointment. I hope you work onto it guys! All the best and I shall visit you soon again :-)! read more

Place looks amazing after their remodel, they have a great staff that always tries to help you save money

My family and I have been shopping at Khol's for awhile now. The store is great and we always find what we are looking for but today at checkout, an older lady named Joanne was very rude. We walked up to the register and said hello and she said nothing in return. She talked to her co workers the entire time, not even acknowledging our existence. On top of her being unfriendly, she took forever to put the clothes in the bag and didn't even ask us if we needed the hangers or not. Will not return to this location due to very poor customer service. read more

I visited Kohl's for the first time a few weeks back to do some last minute shopping for our vacation. Was pleasantly surprised by their selection specially their clearance items. Picked up around 15 casual, dress and Tshirts for around $75! I'll probably look into Kohl's before JC Penney and Macy's. read more

Our favorite location to go to. Always clean, best set up offered. Love that customer service is right in front and I don't have to go wondering around to find it. Employees are helpful and store is clean, Yes that's a big deal since most of the time you see kohls employees hiding in the back or just walking around. read more

Average shopping experience. It is a messy store unless you shop there early morning. You really have to see the tag of the cloth to check the size, most of the time it is placed in wrong size hangers, so quite a tiring experience as well read more
