So I came to this location because I've never been here. The setup was pretty standard in that this location has the women and men's shoe section along with the accessories and kids section. I have to be honest, this store was just "ok". There wasn't really anything that caught my eye and although this store was very nice and clean- there wasn't particularly any shoes that I was interested in. The area itself was very convenient in that it was in a small shopping area with other stores and there was plenty of parking on the outside. Bright and nice size store- just couldn't find anything that caught my attention.

After multiple delays, the former Staples here finally reopened on 12/21/16 as a Designer Shoe Warehouse. The interior has been completely remodeled, from the carpeting to the walls to the lighting. Cash registers are located in the NW corner of the store (left corner when you walk in), staffed by 2-4 store personnel. As expected, women's footwear takes up most of the floor space, with a section for children (including infants & toddlers) on the south side of the store. Kids can measure their height and shoe size using the signpost and floor graphic. Though gents only have two aisles to walk through, each aisle is four rows deep (including the row of clearance racks in the back of the store) so the selection really is extensive: shoes and shoeboxes as far as the eye can see. Customers can also expect to find bags, hats, belts, socks, and leggings. If you forget to wear socks, boxes of disposable try-on socks are available in each aisle. Restrooms are located in the back, roughly where they were during the Staples days. As at other DSW stores, the everyday in-store pricing can still be relatively high, despite being below MSRP. Even the clearance pricing (30%-50%) isn't particularly impressive. Aside from being a pleasant and well-lit showroom, this DSW's most valuable feature for online shoppers will probably be in-store pickup (for orders under $35 that don't qualify for free shipping) and returns. A peculiar feature left over from Staples is the automatic door/manual door combo in the front of the store. When entering, the first set of doors is automatic, but the second set of doors swing out and have to be opened manually. It's not a dealbreaker, but this quirk almost made me walk straight into the second set of doors, after expecting them to be automatic.

Dogs must be leashed, and of course, be respectful of merchandise and be sure to take your pup outside for bathroom breaks. The mall is small enough to easily go outside to the parking lot. Individual stores have their own policies, so check with a staff member before you go in. We stopped by to get lunch and enjoyed the outdoor patios of both The Twisted Crab and Bar Louie. We popped into GameStop, Bath & Body Works, Auntie Anne's Pretzels, and Panera Bread has an outdoor patio for the pups! In addition to shopping at some great stores and eating at some nice restaurants, you can use the mall as a convenient place to take your dog for an indoor walk. The mall hosts events too, so take a look at their website/social media for current happenings.

Macys and JCPenney are magically still around as the anchors. There are some stores, but nothing really to keep you coming back here. I mean, unless Express Factory Store is your forte. I'm not sure what will save the mall at this point, but it seems like some restaurants are keeping afloat here. There's a Panera, a Bar Louie, a Barnes and Noble, Red Robin..... The location is kinda tough. Just a lot of traffic, so it's a bit of a pain for someone like me to get there. In the same amount of time I spend on Route 18, I could easily be at Menlo Park Pall or even Quaker Bridge Mall.

I went to clothing center Friday morning (first time) and was helped by Richard. I was able to get a new 3 piece suit, alterations on the pants, new dress shirt and tie in about an hour. It was a very pleasant process, not rushed at all but Richard knew what he was doing. They even pressed out my suit and shirt so that I was ready to go that night. I could not believe this was possible to do in a day never mind in an hour. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area that needs a suit/tux. As other reviews have said, the outside does not match the inside. Great selection of suits, shirts and ties with onsite alterations.

A quick call to the manufacturer dispelled this as a lie- the pants were regular stock items and available in the size/style/color that I wanted. Seriously folks?!?

I replied that I checked online before coming and it stated they closed at 7pm every day. (Attached screenshot). Especially once I'm inside my shopping experience should be hassle free. I was already at the register being rung up so why make the statement. After payment was made I went to the manager Gigi that tracy so confidently SUGGESTED I speak to and explained the cashiers behavior and that I also waited behind and she did not make the same comment to the older white woman behind me.
