We spoke on the phone but she wouldn't budge. "It's our policy blah blah blah. I prefer to shop at locally own running stores and this was a fluke for me. It was such an unsatisfying, rigid phone call. I asked if there were any other stores closer to me and she said: "Look it up"! Customer service is key and it was not evident. Stay away!!! I bought a pair of sneakers two days ago and wore them for an hour yesterday. I…read morenoticed some seam lines coming undone and brought the defective pair of sneakers back to the store. I spoke with Brielle, the manager, who said because I had worn the shoes I could no longer return. I told her the length of wear and she said it didn't matter. I was not looking to return, I was looking to exchange and that couldn't be done either. I have never had trouble exchanging a defective item at a store before. She said I would have to reach out to the manufacturer directly and did not offer any contact information. When I expressed my frustration she said the return policy is explained at the bottom of the receipt and gave the most insincere "I'm sorry." I let her know it was my last time coming to this store.
