The parking lot was overflowing, they were people sitting outside any small child throwing a tantrum so bad I was concerned for her safety. My second indication was when we walked in and I saw the line going all the way to the back of the store. Granted it was a Sunday afternoon but I've been to other Goodwill's for the dollar sale on Sunday and never seen it that bad. The store was very small but decently stocked. It might be better if you don't go on one dollar Sunday but that's the whole point. I definitely wouldn't rush back to this location they are better thrift stores in the area.

You must be a savvy shopper and know the store and promotional items to get the deals they advertise. I recommend asking to speak to a manager when in a dilemma regarding what you think the sale is and what the staff thinks, in my experience the managers are pretty knowledgeable and ensure you get the deals you are entitled to. The location is nice because it's close to other stores and restaurants withing the Hamilton Market. Aesthically, the layout is nice and items are usually nicely stocked.

I personally haven't been inside a Kohls in at least 5 years so I'm not the best reference for the store vibe or layout. I was surprised at the checkout process. It seemed to go very quickly, but I could also see that it could be an issue during the holidays. Maybe? Maybe not! The self checkout is somewhat automated where it lets you know when the next kiosk is open. Self checkout is the way to go. It was quick and painless.

The store takes up a fairly massive plot in Hamilton Marketplace, but the space is poorly arranged. It is always simultaneously understocked and disorganized. Aisles have merchandise strewn about and are crammed together with seemingly no rhyme or reason. Customer Service is at the very front of the store, customer Self-Pick-Up is all the way in the back, yet sometimes online orders are split between the two locations? There are a few really helpful employees, but the majority are at best disinterested and at worst outright rude. Even accounting for the rude ones, this location is perpetually understaffed. On top of all of these issues, prices just generally aren't that great. As such, Kohl's seems to take up a retail space even it isn't sure about. Too expensive and not comprehensive enough to compete with Walmart or Target, not high enough quality to be considered along side Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus, it seems like Kohl's may be well on their way to emulating Sears and KMart.

He was rude, incompetent and treated us like we were dumb and kids (we are 63 and 27). Tried to order the boots online and the website wouldn't take more than one gift card. Then it declined a credit card several times when there was money in the account. Reading some of the other reviews, we should check our bank app to be sure we weren't charged several times. What a rip off. Absolute worst retail experience. Hope they go out of business in Hamilton, NJ.

Rebecca will tell you she does a 60% / 40% split on the telephone, but after you…read moredrop your items off she'll send you a contract (photos of 4 separate pieces of paper) listing terms and fees that weren't discussed. One of these pieces of paper states that both Rebecca and the consignor are in agreement to these terms. I ultimately picked my dresses up and brought everything back home. Rebecca had put tags on some of my dresses and damaged them in the process. She didn't place the tag on a seam or some other inconspicuous place. Instead she punched holes directly through the fabric. My dresses are now unsellable! The damages total over $200 (according to Rebecca's tags) and Rebecca isn't returning my emails.
