I'm getting married in July, and she was hoping to try on a dress that fit the lemon-themed bridal shower we're planning. From the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored. The staff was too preoccupied doting on three other women trying on shoes to even acknowledge our presence. Apparently, wearing jeans in this store means you're not worthy of basic courtesy. It honestly felt like a scene straight out of Pretty Woman--and yes, "big mistake, huge." We were ready to purchase a nearly $300 dress, but after being treated like we didn't belong, you couldn't pay me to step foot in that place again. Try them on, they do not fit. Again, shouldn't be a problem, Zoe's website says to email them to receive a "return authorization #" in order to return something within *14 days*. Great, it is only 3 days after I put in the order AND the same day I receive the order--so I should be good. Girl, when I tell you. I have at this point written them 3 emails and DMed their instagram account. All within the 14 day deadline that they give. Just to get a random number to return these pants I have never worn. Ignored everywhere, not even a 'i'm looking into it' email. Judging from the other reviews of this place, I'm not alone in receiving less than the bare minimum of customer service.
