This is a small store, it's mainly a donation drop off point. That being said, I've found unbelievable deals in there! I found an entire collection of antique Lenox vases and just last week bought a bundle of two complete unopened sets of bed sheets for 3.99 ! It's a treasure hunt on a smaller scale. I am an avid Thrifter and have been to three stores all over the country. If you are a Thrifter you know it's a great place to find a bargain or a treasure. But there are some key items that make a thrifting experience either great or awful. I should've known before we walked in that this was not going to be a good experience. The parking lot was overflowing, they were people sitting outside any small child throwing a tantrum so bad I was concerned for her safety. My second indication was when we walked in and I saw the line going all the way to the back of the store. Granted it was a Sunday afternoon but I've been to other Goodwill's for the dollar sale on Sunday and never seen it that bad. The store was very small but decently stocked. It might be better if you don't go on one dollar Sunday but that's the whole point. I definitely wouldn't rush back to this location they are better thrift stores in the area. read more

My daughter is 8 years old. While looking at an item she liked in the store, the store manager said in a harsh voice, "Don't touch them, they are not toys." This is the second time she has said this. We were upset and demoralized. We were scolded while trying to have a pleasant shopping experience. It was very rude. What a shame. That woman should be ashamed and should know not to talk like that. I really love this store Not only for the great selection of merchandise that they offer, but for the great staff that they have. And one person in particular really stands out. I found out that she is a customer service rep and her name is Trish. She is very knowledgeable polite and sociable and really makes you feel at home It is employees like Trish who make me rate this Goodwill Store number one by far!!!! Ive been shopping here for the past 7 years, and in the beginning prices were great, but slowly they were increasing and now they are just out of control prices have rocketed I dont understand all this stuff is given to you FREE so why are you charging so much money everything is way over priced you even have stuff from the dollar store and your price on it is 2.99 really! And what does it matter what brand it is? I personally seen coats boots pocketbooks for 200.00 and up again really! This stuff as Free, And the company who owns Goodwill just keeps getting richer and more greedy...Just saying if your reading this try lowering your prices that would be a kind thing to do... I always shop at this good will because I find great things but I feel they need to keep up with the store a little more by keeping isles clear and neat! The shelves in the back need to be rearranged bc it looks like things are just thrown on the shelves! The workers are very nice and always greet and ask if you did help with anyone! This goodwill has been declining every time I visit. Recently one time the entire half the store was blocked off. So we couldn't see any of the furniture or household items. Then the next time the registers were down, cash only. Then when I just went today they had again half the store blocked off so we couldn't see any furniture and the half that was open is so congested. The prices seem to be going up and not a huge variety of items. Also the few times I did get to see the furniture it's almost all bought and reserved. So many broken items,dusty and kitchen appliances that are so dirty. There are several thrift stores in the area with affordable prices and better inventory. I highly recommend big E's thrift store. read more

This Goodwill is pretty clean, as thrift stores go. Not "Throw Away Your Purell Clean", but a big improvement over many thrifts. PROS: There's a nice selection of items donated from Target. Some is clearance that didn't sell, and some were Target returns, and sold "As-Is" (because someone fooled with them before Target donated them). Your usual thrift store finds.... jewelry and cameras in the glass case at the register. Used clothes in one area, crazy old suitcases lined up against the back wall. Big selections of VHS videos and old vinyl albums, just in case you need one, or both. Some really nice vintage finds if you look carefully. CONS: Depending on the time of day, you could break a leg in the toy area. Kids get in there and really make a mess. The books are priced a little higher than the other area Goodwills. Can be a pain to get to this store if you're on the wrong side of the road. read more

As far as thrift stores go, this one is clean and solid. I've both donated and shopped here for the past five years and have never had a problem. Their donation crew has always been helpful and friendly, same goes with cashiers. I've always been able to find good things for holidays as well (Christmas, Halloween) as they tend to be well stocked and displays are neat and tidy. read more

Goodwill is a donation based store. When this location first opened they received donations from people as well as local clothing stores like Fashion Bug, Target etc. Now they run primarily on donations from people. It is truly hit or miss when visiting this store. The last few times I stopped by, there was very little worth buying. I stopped over the weekend and was able to get a ton of shirts this time. Generally speaking the store is organized by type of clothing and color. I do find this helpful although I have always hoped for one additional sort of size. If the clothing were organized by size it would be far easier to find items for trying on. Staff is a bit stand offish. Clientele can run a bit shady as it is a donation based store. Always look for the discount available that day. Certain tags each day are 50% off. read more

My heart is actually breaking. This Goodwill location has always been our go-to thrift shop -- not just for purchasing good quality wares, but for ALL of our donations. Back when we itemized our taxes, they were always great about receipts. we no longer itemize, but we always drop our goods there. And we give great stuff. In the past month, we have downsized our wardrobes and our household goods. Our trip in October was disturbing. We drove into the lot during "regular business hours" only to find the roadway leading back to the donation site blocked with sawhorses. There were signs that read "donations only accepted during business hours." IT WAS BUSINESS HOURS. We circumvented the sawhorses and drove back there -- only to be greeted by a huge pile of crap in the back. Dozens of skiffs stacked 6 feet high full of stuff, open to the elements, never been sorted through. Okay, we get it: Too many donations, not enough staff to sort. So we left. We made our donation to Salvation Army in Hamilton. Over the weekend, same scenario. This time, we had EIGHT neatly packed sturdy boxes, with lids, of new and nearly clothing -- most with tags. We drove to the site; sawhorses in place; we drove around and were greeted by EVEN MORE STUFF PILED BACK THERE, OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS. And it was about to rain. No one was at the door, so we poked around. There were some beautiful items in those open boxes. What has happened? Why have you fallen behind on sorting donations and getting them on the shelves? This store is gross the bathroom was unclean the carpwt on the floor was so messed up and there is a weird smell. The line was completely to the back of the store. What made this experience not completely horrible was the lady who came to the register as a back up. She was very professional and quickly took charge. Find a way to clone her. I worked as a customer relations supervisor for over 10 years and she is the type of worker you want to have on your team. read more

Today was my first time there. The men's selection was amazing and everything was extremely affordable. The clothes were organized by size and things were easy to find. The shoe selection wasn't amazing, but it was extremely outstanding overall. I bought several things today and am hoping to visit again!!! read more

This Goodwill is fairly clean, though does have the faint smell of many thrift stores. At around 6:00 pm on a summer weeknight, there were certainly people but it was not crowded. A few kids were bicycling around on toy trikes being sold in the store. I didn't look at the pants, toy, book, or furniture sections of the store, focusing instead on men's and women's shirts, sweaters, and jackets. The store is organized by type and color, not size, which can be a bit tricky. Good clothing and completely junk are mixed together. The cashier was incredibly friendly. read more

The daytime staff is especially friendly, but I've noticed the evening staff always seem snotty. The manger at nights is always to busy to want to help. Its not very clean, but it is a thrift store. The prices are always reasonable, and they give a military discount. read more

On Sunday 3/24 at 5:47 pm the store manager started shutting off the lights in the store ordering customers to go to the registers. I am handicapped and told her that I could not see it was dangerous and illegal to turn off the lights in a store during business hours and order People to the registers. She literally ordered me to go to the register. I told her I wasn't moving until she turned the lights back on or I was going to call the police. The older bleached blond woman should be fired for the way that she treated me and the other customers. I will never shop in this store again nor will I donate to Goodwill. On Monday I will contact her supervisor and discuss this situation with him or her. She not only put customers in danger but could have created a liability situation for the company. read more

This Goodwill location is pretty large and busy, judging by the always full parking lot. They have an ever changing selection of household items. That's all I ever look at, and it's on the left side of the store, when you enter. I never venture over to the right side, where they have all the clothing, purses, etc. I don't buy any of that second-hand because of bed bugs and other bugs-the thought of it just skeeves me out! Think about it, people donate clothes and they get hung up as is, nothing gets washed first. Anyway, the household goods selection is varied and consists of cups and saucers, mugs, glasses, vases, plates of every kind, platters, seasonal knick-knacks, salt and pepper shakers, etc. I have gotten some unique items that are worth much more than I paid for them. I recently found a Limoges dresser tray for $2.99, and it was listed on eBay for $45. You really have to look and know what you're looking at though. The staff here is very friendly. They have shopping carts. They take cash and credit cards. You can also donate items at the back of the building, when they are open. read more

This store *is* decently clean as far as thrift stores go. However, every time I've ever gone in, its been mostly full of half broken junk. I can't say every department is over priced, but the few departments I've been in have been WAY overpriced. Books are super expensive, and so is the used furniture. I used to go to another Goodwill near the shore when I lived there and I could score a lamp for 2 dollars, a complete set of dishes (including serving pieces) for 6 dollars. You could get a sofa for 20 bucks, end tables for 10 etc. This store wants SIXTY dollars for a futon without the cushion! Crazy! In my opinion its just not worth the time or hassle to sift through the half broken junk to find something that is decent and not totally overpriced. read more
