I like this 2nd Ave location for their extensive glass wears sections, but it really grinds my gears that they have started selling matching pieces only in full sets. I can totally understand selling in pairs, but 9/10 I don't need a full 6pc set or some random glass wear, and guess what? If I did, I would just buy the three pairs of two. It doesn't make sense to me. Also just as a general observation, 2nd Ave stores have been getting super expensive lately for a chain that operates solely on donations. You mean to tell me a secondhand piece of clothing is $25 when you got it for free? Kindof a rip off. Finally a consignment with high quality sweaters in small sizes! The quality of clothing here is gently pre-owned, with some vintage brand names sprinkled throughout. I was excited to find a few of my favorite European brands here too. The prices reflect the quality, e.g. if you're buying silver you're paying for silver. I will say that the furs are a bit of a deal considering that they don't smell like they've absorbed 30 years of smoke the fur lays smooth, and still they have all their buttons. The men's section is decent too with more American vintage brands, made to last. Lots of fun silk ties and sashes, and plenty of sporting coats for all of your scholarly needs. The one thing I didn't like about this shop was the young customers! Loudly complaining about the prices, and minor defects in some of the clothes. Most of the items in this shop are statement pieces or items designed to last. You are not going to find prices akin to temu or shein for well made items! There's a large selection of clothes and home goods like glass cups, plates, and more. There's a small section with office supplies, unused greeting cards, and craft supplies such as yarn. I loved this section as I've never seen any items like this at any other thrift store. I had a great time going through the greeting cards and selecting a few vintages ones for Valentine's Day and upcoming holidays. There was also a small selection of books, electronics, accessories and shoes. There's some kids clothing and toys as well, and some nice pieces of furniture. Everything here was in very good condition, I only saw two clothing items that were used looking and marked "as is," otherwise the condition of the things here was excellent which I really appreciated. There's also four or five dressing rooms with an attendant that never left the clothing section, so there was no waiting around for the fitting room, which was such a big plus for me. The fitting rooms were very clean and bright, similar to a department store. It's very obvious to me that the staff takes a lot of care when selecting items to put on display because of their great condition, unlike the bigger thrift stores that will put anything on the shelves. There was an obvious religious affiliation with this thrift store, such as the music and some decor for sale that mentioned God, but it is easy to ignore if that not your cup of tea! I also found the prices to be very fair, I got a pair of black dress pants for work for $6! I also really liked how there was signage for the prices of the clothing unless the item was otherwise marked, which I didn't find much of. The pants and bottoms are organized by size which I really appreciated. The tops were organized by color and not size, but the selection was not so huge that it made looking for your size a challenge. I also liked that there was a plus size section of clothing, which can be harder to find in thrift stores. Overall, I'd definitely come back to Bridge Life Thrift!

The store had lots of brand name clothing, dresses, purses and accessories. There was also a section of vintage and fur coats which was cool to see. Everything was in nice condition and organized well which made shopping easy and enjoyable. The employee let me know that the back room was being turned into a thrift, with nothing more expensive than 20$! I will definitely be back to explore soon!
