The People here are awesome first of all. I came in not knowing what I really wanted, just that I had back pain and my feet always hurt (I'm a Bartender). They did an entire evaluation on me for free. Let me decide if I wanted to go super crazy and get custom fit insoles for support or just buy any one size fits type. I picked my own shoes (non slips of course) and they did the rest. I decided to go with the custom considering your feet are the most important thing in the service industry. Within a week they were ready...they cut them and fit them for me and they even tied my shoes for me!! LOL!! I loved it! This is a family run place which I love, so you get tons of attention and people who are just down to earth and understand what you need. If you need good shoes for any reason, go here. read more

Foot Solutions - Shoe Stores Near Me - Easton, Pennsylvania

I was helped almost immediately upon entering the store. They have a large selection of footwear. They measured my feet and discussed what issues I was experiencing. I purchased a pair of Hoka high top sneakers. I have been wearing them for 4 days and my feet feel much better. I spend a lot of time on my feet so the cost was well worth it. I will definitely shop here again. read more

5 stars for Mallory my salesgirl, and the exceptional service she provided me. Her dedication for service was commendable. I went into this store for work shoes. I tried on many shoes and finally found a great pair. Sadly, i was hoping for pumps, but was advised there were not that many in stock, as the store was gearing up for a season change. So 1 1/2 stars on supply, as I work in an office, I really needed pumps and i'm sure I am not the only person in PA that has problem feet and works in an office. I didn't understand how a specialty store could have limited pumps in their inventory. Hitting the internet for my pumps. Sadly, I didn't know they were on Yelp, I could have saved $10 for checking in... Thank you Mallory for your help.... read more

Terrific customer service and very helpful to a person like me shopping for orthotics and walking and hiking shoes for the first time. All pain has gone away. I'm so happy I treated myself. read more

Total waste of my time. I stopped in the store to replace an old pair of orthopedic inserts. Went through the hour long process of listening to the sales pitch and being fitted for inserts. At the end, the sales lady told me that I need a prescription from my podiatrist to get the same type of insert that I have now. So you just wasted an hour of my valuable time. When I could have gone to my podiatrist and had them do everyrhing. Really? Thanks alot. read more

This store transformed my life. Really. I have bunions and vicious hammertoes, but have ruled out surgery for a number of reasons. Having shoes that work for me is crucial. I could not believe the bounty of help that I have received at this store. First, I was fitted for orthotics, which have made a huge difference. Second, I found a couple of product lines that are specifically designed for the troubled foot, but do not look like clunky orthopedic shoes. Gradually, I have replaced all my shoes with shoes from Foot Solutions. I was really sad to see some of those shoes go, because they were lovely, but they left my feet in agony. (By the way, Foot Solutions works with a charity and will accept donations of shoes.) I have even replaced my workout shoes with shoes from Foot Solutions, and as a result, I am much more willing to go to the gym. When I say that Foot Solutions changed my life, I am not exaggerating. They also have interesting shoes for the non-troubled foot. My husband does not have foot issues, and he is a fan of their array of styles. So count us both as Foot Solutions enthusiasts! read more

I printed a $75 coupon prior to my last visit to the store. My last set of inserts cost $199. I Assumed the my cost this time would be $199 minus $75. It was not. The salesperson said It didn't apply. I don't understand. Cloud you please explain to me why they woUld not honor the coupon. Look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Barry Kocher read more

They treated me fairly. The orthotics were great and my peroneal tendonitis is GONE. LOVE this place

My mom spotted their ad in The Morning Call and we decided to venture over there to check it out. Mom requires some special accommodations for her feet and we were hoping for a different and positive experience. Boy, did we get more than we could have hoped for!! Stephanie was SO incredibly professional, patient, helpful and and took almost 2 hours with my mom. She was so attentive to my mother's needs and was a good listener, with a side order of a great sense of humor :) We found out she and her husband own this store and that made us all the more appreciate the great customer service we received. You get one-on-one attention, which really sets them apart from others. The selection of the shoes and products is outstanding. And even after all that time she spent with my mother, Stephanie took time out to address some concerns of my own. We will definitely come back and spread the good word about this wonderful small business! read more

Do not go here if you need shoes repaired! The work is extremely overpriced and sub-standard. I had to have the work redone. They will keep you in the store for a lengthy amount of time with a sales pitch telling you what you "need". Shop around! You can get the shoes they sell at much better prices. read more

Very helpful staff and nice selection of shoes. Really do not like the fact that they don't put prices on the shoes on display though. You don't know the price until you try them on. Otherwise a great place. read more
