Katherine and Amber helped me in the fitting rooms and find six pairs of jeans with some cute tops and she opened a rewards card for me

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience working with Aaron and the finished product(s) received…read moreare certainly worth my time to compose, especially given the time invested by the craftsman. This was my first experience into the world of bespoke clothing - and I was overwhelmed to say the least. At our first meeting, Aaron walked me step-by-step through the entire process, the fabrics, and style options. He was wholly patient with my inexperience in custom garment-making, took time to educate, and fully answered my questions. He did not try to upsell - Aaron listened to what I wanted, and made corresponding recommendations, which included explanations as to why a concept I had might / might not be the best option. Aaron was up-front regarding costs, and there were no hidden fees. Due to current events, there were delays due to supply chain issues, and Aaron never kept me in the dark, nor made excuses. He communicated regularly and also did what he felt was appropriate to help 'make things right' due to the delay - two customer service skills sorely lacking these days. Delivery and fitting was a breeze and a much more pleasant experience than going to an off-the-rack, big name store. The fit was excellent - literally built for me. The level of detail of each garment is simply amazing - from pick stitching, to fit, to lining, to monograming, and even contrasting shirt buttons. Finally, I found Aaron's up-front manner and style extremely refreshing. All the attributes listed above build strong customer bonds, and I am already planning my next appointment. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone seeking bespoke garments, made with an exceptional level of skill and pride. You will not be disappointed.

Strangest business I've ever seen for a "tailor". He had us come to some dungeon looking room with…read moreno window in a back alley way. I thought it was strange that he sent multiple pictures of himself when sending us the directions to the parking area in the alley. Not only was it nowhere near set up for tailoring, but there was a cat hidden somewhere, and he was cooking his food in his half kitchen when we arrived. We walked down a long hallway to this closed off room, full of cat hair. We had it all over our clothes when we left. My sister and I are allergic & were having bad reactions when we left. The island counter top was too dirty to lean on. He had these big slabs of wood piled up in the middle of the floor, telling us not to trip over them. He only had this one little sheet covered corner for one person to change. The entire space looked cluttered, dangerous, and nothing similar to a professional workspace. While we were there he insulted us with his unprofessional, biased opinions and assumptions. He talked down on the suits we brought in and clearly just didn't know what he was doing or talking about. He claimed our suits weren't of quality material that he normally works with and talked down to us as if we were bums or couldn't afford to get any work done by him. Idk if it was a racist thing or he just needed money. He tried arguing back & forth with me when I had enough & I told him about his poor behavior. He let the disrespect carry on for a while, trying to go back and forth with me before he began profusely apologizing and offering to make my stepson and husband brand new suits to make up for his unprofessionalism. He must not have had any clients at the time because he was trying to squeeze us for $200 adjustments per suit. We literally ended up taking them to a cleaners because his service and experience was so horrible & we only paid $45 to have it perfectly tailored & pressed.

There comes a time in every mans life, when he finally has to grow up put on a pair of "man pants"…read more This is the place where you can buy those pants. This is an old fashioned mens store. They lean towards business clothes, so if you are looking for an aewsome selection of sweatpants, you had better go somewhere else. The most casual their clothes get is just about at the country club level. If you are looking for trendy fashon brands, don't waste your time here. This is a different type of business model that we are used to at the local mall. There is a decent selection of items in the store, but they do not carry a huge amount of stock. They are at their best when you let them help you, so have an idea of what you need. So, what do they actually do? Well, They do one thing that has set them apart from almost every other Mens store I have been to... They make sure that everything you buy actually fits. Most mens stores (including Brooks Brothers) employ sales people, whose primary goal is to get you to make a purchase. Don't get me wrong, Wright and Simon want you to buy their products, but they want to make sure what you get really fits, and makes you look good. The most important rule of buying a suit or sports coat is that it MUST fit correctly. They sell quality brands, and stick with the premise that you should buy the best quality available, and you will get a better product that looks better longer than a cheaper product. Finally, they take pride in offering as many "made in America" products available. Last year they actually had a "made in America" sale. When you are ready for a step up in fit and quality give them a try.

I'm a lawyer from New York and the quality is bad enough but the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. The guy running the shop is so rude and miserly.
