Recently I was in the cov of the bos and I saw a rugrat hoodie with every rugrat on it, even chuckie (usually he's not on them) . They didn't have my size and even though I was honestly in tears, the sales gal told me they had none in the back. I couldn't stop thinking about it so I came back to the bos today and just tried on the only one they had left (size XS) ... I tried it on and now waiting for the fire department to get here to cut me out of it :/ Anyway great customer service from the cov today. The return desk asked me if I accepted "Kohls Cash". NO. I paid in real money and I want real money back. I was told to call and request a prepaid return labe. No Kohls doesn't do that (40 minutes waiting for a person). I paid $ 15.65 in return shipping. I received a letter from Kohls dated 4/26/24 stating "here is your receipt with return amount details". I was NOT credited. I received fake Kohls Cash. What a scam !! Surprise Kohls, I just filed a dispute with paypal and I WILL WIN !!

Can lightening strike twice in the same place? Not…read morenormally but damn, have I lucked out with stuff at this Kohl's. Same premise as last time. I needed new kicks (man I hate that term) and remembering that last year I had some really good luck here I went to the well again. Low and behold they still had the exact same style in stock, in store, on sale, with the ability to add promo-coupon-discount codes and by using the old lady's Kohl's card there was another discount. The email came an hour later to come on down and pick things up. The only hiccup came when I got to the customer service desk in the store as they didn't have the order at the desk so someone had to be dispatched to find where the shoes were. Two minutes later shoes in hand I took off. I would rather core my eyes out with a melon baller than go shopping but if you have do it and if you know exactly what you need this system from Kohl's works exactly as advertised.

I remember my father shopping here for many years. This is a fairly high-end men's store and, I…read moreadmit, I was stunned by the pricing when I first started to look around. But I needed a suit for a wedding in Chicago. I went in there on the 7 days before the wedding, and I was only going to be in Easton for a few more days (counting the weekend). The store owner remembered my father well and we had a nice time reminiscing. He really remembered my dad well. It would have been at least ten years since he shopped there. When I told him what I needed he immediately pulled out the perfect suit. At that point, being Friday, I told him I needed it on Monday since I was flying out on Tuesday. I don't know what their typical turnaround time is for something like this but it was clearly much shorter than it typically takes. They had their tailor at the store and he didn't work weekends or Mondays. They asked him if he could come in on Monday to get this done, and he agreed. We also outfitted the suit with a new shirt and tie. The total was more than I planned on spending but I need a new suit anyway. This one could be used for any affair wear you need to wear a suit. I tried it on and it fit like a glove. Wore it to the wedding and had lots of compliments about it. I'm thrilled with the service I received and would highly recommend, if you are in the Easton, PA area, to stop in.
