I am amending my review of May 14, 2025. Since I had $150 in gift cards, I decided to give the Trexlertown store another chance, as I had good experiences there before. My husband and I returned the next day. Honestly, it was totally different. People must have worked overnight to perform the amazing transformation. New merchandise was out and the women's department was beautifully organized. I managed to find the two tops I had left behind the day before along with a great pair of white pants. We had unfortunately lost $150 in Kohl's cash due to fraudulent use. Very complicated. A very friendly greeting and smile from cashier Bridget and she got her Mgr Steve to help and review all the fraudulent charges on my account. They both spent a lot of time and issued new Kohl's cash. Both extremely helpful! This is probably the most we have been helped in a Department store ever! This would probably be our go to Kohl's store in the future in Trexlertown, PA! read more

Cashier named Syeda aggressively pressured my son into trying to sign up for rewards, even after my son continuously said he did not want to. She went as far as to advertise it as free and didn't tell him he had the option not to sign up. Do better, Kohl's--all your cashiers do this crap. read more

Kohl's struck a deal with Amazon so they have a return counter for all your Amazon returns. It was my first time returning an item from Amazon at Kohl's. We came here to return an item and it was very quick and efficient. Once you enter there are signs pointing to the location. We also used the bathroom to wash our hands and it was super clean and bright. I was also very happy that Kohl's started to carry the Honest clothing brand but no discounts. Hopefully there will be in the future. read more

Store is always clean. Staff always friendly. Customer service was great when I had to exchange a pair of pants that I received for Christmas and needed a smaller size. No questions asked, and exchanged without a problem. read more

I went to pay for my items I purchased with gift cards. The girl who waited on me had a attitude because she was to lazy too check how much the one gift card was worth. She threw the gift card on the counter and sighed, acting like I was bothering her. I've been coming here for years and I have never had an experience like this before. This girl was the biggest bitch I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I will let everyone I know not to shop at Kohls in Trexlertown. You might want to remove her from your company, she will be easy to find. She's the one at the register where everyone is arguing with her. read more

Kohl's, is a great place to shop at. They have great selection of clothing and shoes. They also have nice toys for kids and also nice electronic items now. Customer service there is great and never have a problem with you returning anything. read more

I have no problem with the store. It is super clean and there are bargains to be had. My gripe is two fold: (1.) Often they have 70 or as much as 80% off sale item goods, but the original price is so absurd as to be ridiculous,A Tee shirt that should probably sell for $12 is 70% off its original price of $60 (duh) making it now "only" $18. OK, anybody with a brain knows this is dumb. Second, while I would never carry a balance on my Kohls charge card, for those that do, Kohls charges an unconscionable rate of interest; 22.4% at a time when you cannot even glean 1% from your bank savings account. This is just plain greedy and makes the store look grasping. read more

I went to Kohls in Trexlertown to purchase a new set of sheets. I saw the set I needed and they were in with a lot marked clearance at $17; originally $47. I brought my purchase to the cashier, and checked that these were on sale for $17 which she concurred. She also noted that there is an extra 30% that I could get off if I used my coupon which started the next day. I asked if the sheets would still be on clearance and she assured me that they would be. The next day I went back to Kohls and brought the sheet set to a cashier who rang it up for a much higher price than even the original $47. I asked for a manager and got Brian Scott. He told me that there is no clearance sale! I asked if he could honor the clearance sale from yesterday, but he refused and said that these sheet sets were not on clearance. I assured him that the shelf information (Kohls uses electronic pricing) from yesterday was for $17, but he refused to honor the sale price. After I went home I checked online, and discovered that Amazon is selling those same sonoma sheet sets for $17. This is one example of why so many people are not shopping direct any longer. For my part I think J.C. Penny will be my new store. read more

The strangest thing happened to me at Kohls last night. I went to check out and apparently a stink bug was on a shirt I was about to buy. The cashier pulled back in sheer shock and fear and said "UMM theres a stink bug on your shirt". I replied "Oh my gosh!" and she goes "well you can remove it, Im sorry but I will not touch that..." UM WHAT? So we stood there and stared at eachother for a few seconds and she goes "well, I guess Ill just take it off. she takes the sweater over to the doors, brushes it off and comes back. she scans the sweater and stuffs it in the bag. she then goes "well hope its still not on there.." one of the strangest things that has ever happened to me at a department store. read more

Sale always great, if you combine your Khol's cash you can get some remarkable prices. The store it's self is clean, staff is friendly helpful and knowledgeable of the products but the checkout there is always a bit of a wait. read more

I went to Kohls today, and I have to hand it to this location, the customer service is always spot on and today was no exception. Someone was always there to help if I needed, but no one was intruding on my shopping experience. This is the type of store that you have to pay attention to sales/deals to get the best deals, but it's definitely worth it. The check-out staff was also very helpful in assisting with finding savings, etc. read more
