The clothing was affordable because of a sale, but I personally would not pay full price for most of the items (e.g., $125 for casual pants). I arrived at the store about 10-15 minutes after opening time on a Monday morning, and there were 8-10 other shoppers present, likely due to the sale. No one greeted me initially, but eventually a salesperson asked if she could start a dressing room for me. I tried on quite a few items, and maybe 15 minutes later a salesperson asked if anyone in the dressing area needed help. Because there were other women trying on clothing while I was there, I asked another customer for feedback about how an item looked. I didn't mind doing this. However, if the store were less busy, perhaps a salesperson might have returned to the dressing room earlier and been able to offer the feedback herself.

The manager, Donna Barry, was so helpful and she is so incredibly "pro-community." Every single employee could not have been genuinely more kind. My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.
