The return desk asked me if I accepted "Kohls Cash". NO. I paid in real money and I want real money back. I was told to call and request a prepaid return labe. No Kohls doesn't do that (40 minutes waiting for a person). I paid $ 15.65 in return shipping. I received a letter from Kohls dated 4/26/24 stating "here is your receipt with return amount details". I was NOT credited. I received fake Kohls Cash. What a scam !! Surprise Kohls, I just filed a dispute with paypal and I WILL WIN !!

Low and behold they still had the exact same style in stock, in store, on sale, with the ability to add promo-coupon-discount codes and by using the old lady's Kohl's card there was another discount. The email came an hour later to come on down and pick things up. The only hiccup came when I got to the customer service desk in the store as they didn't have the order at the desk so someone had to be dispatched to find where the shoes were. Two minutes later shoes in hand I took off. I would rather core my eyes out with a melon baller than go shopping but if you have do it and if you know exactly what you need this system from Kohl's works exactly as advertised.
