After taking some thing to consign, I get a call to pick up an item they did not want to sell, only to find the item (a leather jacket) damaged beyond repair, after asking what happened to it, the sales clerk literally said she didn't know? On my one and only visit, the woman at the counter was so rude and dismissive that I will never return. The five minutes I was there was long enough to spot multiple counterfeit bougie-brand items in their stock, though. Buyer beware! After I bought a $3000 Chanel bag here over the phone, after being assured it was in near perfect condition, I discovered it had a broken latch. A latch that can not be fixed, so it has to be completely replaced with non- marching hardware which will cost me another $300 and cause the bag to lose all value. What did Alex the owner do to fix this? Ignore my voicemails, calls and messages. So- absolutely nothing. Absolutely the most cowardly behavior I have experienced from someone I assume to be an adult. I recommend going to Remix on Main in Manayunk or Rochelle's in Bryn Mawr where they respect their customers. read more

I want to really like this store. Every time I want to take the plunge and buy something from there, I always stop myself and wonder how the designer items are authenticated. I can't find anything on their Instagram or website regarding the authentication process. The items are beautiful and they have a really wide selection of designer bags (my favorite), but I end up having to do my own research on whether or not something looks real. read more

My girlfriends and I absolutely love this store. The staff is always friendly, helpful and from what I experienced, they are honest. I know because one of them told me not to get a dress I loved but was clearly too snug. That was a big deal to me. I love the placement of merchandise and how trendy the staff dress. I've never left a review on Yelp but this time I felt the need to because my experience in this store was not enjoyable at all. I have family in the Lehigh Valley and every time I go to see them I like to go shopping. I was told about Designer Consigner and their wide range of designer stuff, which I love. Well let me start off by saying that I was warned by multiple people that the mother and daughter duo that own the business are not the friendliest people and they've been caught selling fakes before. But things happen and everyone has their own opinion about people, and this being a second hand store fakes are bound to pop up especially when its hard to tell a fake from a real nowadays. I decided to stop in anyways and as soon as I walk in I'm greeted with an attitude by the daughter (I'm assuming she was the daughter because she looked like she was in her late 20s at least). She was very snotty from the start which already made it uncomfortable for me to shop around. She was walking around fixing stuff with a very stuck up attitude (let me mention I live in Beverly Hills and I know what stuck up looks like). She didn't even ask if I needed help with anything, I just wasn't feeling the vibe at all so I decided to leave. On my way out I saw some Gucci bags that were very questionable and were very high priced. I'm a bag connoisseur and the materials on some of these bags you can tell were iffy even a mile away. Not even chinatown would sell these. That was my experience, and to me as a shopper customer service plays a HUGE role in convincing me to buy stuff, as I'm sure it does to others as well. I'm gonna finish off with this because I know the owners will read this eventually. If you want to have a successful business that will be around for many years you're going to have to learn how to treat all your consumers that walk in to your store equally. I understand the fashion industry has a very judgmental mentality but you won't prosper being that way. Yes, your store might have been around for a couple of years but I promise you if another store opens like yours and has excellent customer service..your store will go out of business in a heartbeat. I've bought a few items from this store that i absolutely love. I got a prada with a slight tear for $500. Yes it had wear but it was easily worth way more. The service however, is lacking. I finally had time to come visit and pick up a purchase I made quite awhile back in the middle of june. They went to go look for it and tried to find my invoice and proof of purchase. Eventually after showing my receipt they found my invoice and refunded my money bc they resold what I had purchased. I was not aware that after 30 days they would put your purchase back out on the floor to be sold again. I could've overlooked that policy but I did not see it written anywhere. The thing that bothers me is that if I had not stopped in I would have never gotten my money back and they did not seem happy to be refunding me. Betting on someone forgetting something to make a profit is not a good business practice. It was only $70 so it wasn't a huge deal but it's shady! They also "accidentally donated" my friend's $2,500 alexander mcqueen shoes after the woman said "these are just my size, if they don't sell i'll buy them!" funny. but not funny haha, funny weird. You donated alexander mcqueen heels? I don't think so. They have some lovely pieces and I always loved watching their live videos showcasing new and marked down items but I'm not sure if i'll be coming back. Which makes me sad bc they seemed like the best designer consignment store around here. I hope to come in again and find that the customer service has improved as my first two visits were lovely and the workers were pleasant. Maybe it's bc I was in my workout clothes and it's 9,000 degrees outside, but either way. do better. read more

This shop is perfect for those who have expensive taste on a limited budget. They have many high end designer brand items such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, etc. Items are priced fairly. If you are interested in selling, they accept designer brand merchandise and will give you 50% of the profit if it sells within 90 days- I finally have an excuse to clean out my closet! read more

I was here on Sunday frantically trying to find a dress to where to a 1920s/ Great Gatsby yelp theme party that I had last night. I had stopped at a number of thrift stores and consignment shops trying to find a dress without spending a fortune since I only planned to wear this dress one night. This shop is super cute with a great selection of dresses. I like that they have the dresses sorted by size so that I don't fall in love with a size 2 that I can't squeeze into. The woman working there was also super nice and helpful. They have a nice large fitting room with great mirrors. She and my boyfriend found this dress that I wasn't crazy about and talked me into trying it on. It fit well and was actually much better once I had it on. Without their encouragement, I totally would have passed over this dress that was perfect for what I was looking for. They have designer dresses at great prices for all sorts of occasions. I was here midday on a Sunday and was very happy that they were open since many stores on Main Street are closed on Sundays. I will definitely stop back here when I am in the area. And they take credit card which is great since not all consignment shops do. (Strangely though I couldn't check in on yelp, and when I tried, my yelp app was telling me the store was 2.5 miles away although I was literally standing inside the store. But perhaps that is just an issue with my phone.) read more

This place is top notch, gorgeous store with gorgeous items. High end designer items at mall prices. I scored so many amazing things at this store, and the owners are always getting new things in. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Louboutins, right on Main Street. This store is right next to the Hotel Bethlehem so if your downtown or in town, stop by. Disappointed in this business. Not professional for selling high end items. You walk in and usually aren't even greeted. Seems that I was a bother to even walk in. I have been in the store multiple times and every time I have had the same unkind experience. Wasn't impressed with this boutique. Stopped in here during down time on a work trip. Had a musty smell. Prices seemed lower than the usual high end consigners, but I think it's because the selection was pretty weak. Jewelry wasn't impressive either. Bags weren't anything special. Maybe this store is lacking in selection from its outside providers. Worth a stop inside when staying at the Hotel Bethlehem. read more

This place is fantastic! As someone with champagne taste and a beer budget, I am able to always find exactly what I'm looking for and then some. I have bought everything from Tory Burch, Manolos and Kate Spade, although I'm am regularly drooling over the Chanel and Louis Vuitton pieces as well as the Louboutins that come in, thank goodness for their layaway policy! You won't find the questionable donation pieces here, they are particular with what they accept and although small in space, they always have something for you. read more
