The interior of this store has received the latest Ollie's setup, and during that process they seemingly cleaned it up somewhat. Still, this store is almost chronically understocked or sold out of items as it's a very busy store. The biggest problem is with the new Ollie's checkout design, as it's a major problem for this store. It has created a huge fire hazard. With this store's layout, you have to go through the checkout no matter what to leave and with the lines this store often has, there's no clear and easy exit. Great to prevent shoplifting, but not great if you are just browsing or if an emergency would occur. They also keep one of the entrances doors locked, so you can't go back out. With the traffic, stock, and store layout...just go to the Ollie's on Tilghman Street instead. It's a much better store.

Prices are cheap for the food court. They have a larger bakery department then the Sams club that's closer to my home, which doesn't have a gas station. Traffic isn't bad at all if you go late morning. If you look good, there is always extra goodies on clearance. Place is very clean and welcoming. I had put some large and heavy items in my cart, and pulled my back out, I spoke with a very compassionate and friendly worker who suggested after I check out , to have them page one of the cart employees to help me, to put all my items into my car. Which was such a relief for my. The young gentleman was so nice and caring, treated each item like there were fragile while placing into the back of my car. He seems to love his job. The only reason for losing 1 star , can't seem to understand why, they have an employee at the door who won't let you in without showing your membership card. You can't pay for your order without scanning your membership card, so that's a wasteful point to me, especially when she has a line of people trying to come into Sam's and shop.

The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I entered, I felt unwelcome. When I asked a simple question about a product, the owner responded in a dismissive and condescending manner. Some items are unnecessarily over valued or sometimes i feel he was just coming up with a random price for each customer. It's such a shame because the store could have potential if it weren't for the unpleasant atmosphere created by the owner. My most purchased items are jewelry. It was not until recently that I discovered it was a consignment shop. I had quite a few things I wanted to sell and realized I could do it at The Attic. I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. I will continue to patronize The Attic whether I have any consignments or not. It's a terrific place in a fabulous location. Love it there, it has such a great vibe!
