I will admit not all of the staff is friendly but the young man who is always at the front check out is always smiling and very welcoming. You are at a thrift store. Not a macys or a jcpenny. I wouldn't expect exceptional staff. But for the price I'm willing to deal with a little grumpy staff. I'm not there for the staff I'm there for the bargains.

This place has horrible working conditions every couple months it's completely new staff because…read morethey realize they are worth more then $11/hr with no bathroom. The managers are always look miserable and the two old guys with ponytails are honestly the rudest of them all. All the regular staff are all very nice but I can see the life draining from their eyes from working here.... I been shopping here for maybe a decade now and it continues to disappoint. The other day when I was there I watch the girl manger tell a old woman a very fake coach bag was real while they have actual real coach for $10 on the racks. This location doesn't know how to authenticate anything correctly. A place like this shouldn't be able to sell fake stuff marketed as authentic it's actually illegal to sell anything counterfeit in the United States even a thrift store. Anyone that has bought counterfeit goods from this shop has the right to demand a full refund, report to the better business Bureau or even sue in small claims court...

My appointment was nothing short of perfect. My bridal consultant was Debbie, and from the very…read morebeginning of the appointment she was so sweet and helpful. She immediately started pulling dresses that she thought I'd like after we went over my preferences. She gave me feedback on each dress and helped fluff them out to make sure I got the full effect of each one. She consulted me before pulling a dress that was slightly over budget just to make sure I didn't see one that I couldn't afford, and I really appreciated that. When I found the dress that I knew was the one, she let me walk to a bigger area to see it in a larger mirror, and picked out a veil that matched the dress perfectly. Then the owner, Susan, came in and told me about the designer of the dress and when the dress was made and where it came from. I was able to put a (small) deposit down to hold the dress so that I could come back with my sister and mom. At no point did I feel pressured to buy the dress, nor did I feel pressured to spend any certain amount of money. Susan made sure to tell me that the consultants don't work for commission and I shouldn't feel pressured to buy anything. Compared to other places I had gone, this place was miles above the rest. The fitting rooms are very large with plenty of mirrors, and everyone is very very nice. I would recommend this store, and specifically Debbie, to any brides in the area! I'm excited to go back and try my dress on again!
