This was a horrendous experience, and I would never recommend this bridal shop. Prices quoted get changed, dress was ordered 4 sizes too large, Susan, the owner, talks down to you to make you feel like you aren't worthy of what you are buying and she would be glad to send you to the back streets of Nazareth for what you deserve, if you can get a word in at all because her mouth keeps going and she doesn't take a breath to let you speak. The dress began falling apart before the bride walked down the aisle and had to be pinned to hold it together. Is this her so called "quality workmanship"? Do NOT ever go to this shop. "The true test of character is not when things go well, but rather when things go bad -- and Susan, the owner, failed that test." My fiancée's appointment was inappropriate and unacceptable from start to finish. She was instructed to undress with no screen, no curtain, and no privacy, fully visible while the store was open and in front of her soon-to-be 20-year-old stepdaughter. That alone should disqualify this business from your consideration. She was rushed, made to feel her budget was inadequate, and pressured into placing a deposit on a dress she was not committed to. We would rather forfeit the deposit than give this business one more dime. The appointment occurred midday Saturday. We called Monday morning to cancel. Susan refused, stating that all sales are final--despite the fact that the sale was not final, as no full payment had been made. Rather than acknowledge the situation or her team's conduct, she defaulted to a contract designed to shield herself from accountability. Throughout this experience, Susan, the owner, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. When I stated we had no choice but to leave a negative review, her response was, "I understand, a lot of people have done that." That dismissiveness speaks louder than any explanation ever could. You'll likely be fine here if everything goes perfectly. But if something goes wrong--if you feel pressured, exposed, or disrespected--do not expect support or fairness. My appointment was nothing short of perfect. My bridal consultant was Debbie, and from the very beginning of the appointment she was so sweet and helpful. She immediately started pulling dresses that she thought I'd like after we went over my preferences. She gave me feedback on each dress and helped fluff them out to make sure I got the full effect of each one. She consulted me before pulling a dress that was slightly over budget just to make sure I didn't see one that I couldn't afford, and I really appreciated that. When I found the dress that I knew was the one, she let me walk to a bigger area to see it in a larger mirror, and picked out a veil that matched the dress perfectly. Then the owner, Susan, came in and told me about the designer of the dress and when the dress was made and where it came from. I was able to put a (small) deposit down to hold the dress so that I could come back with my sister and mom. At no point did I feel pressured to buy the dress, nor did I feel pressured to spend any certain amount of money. Susan made sure to tell me that the consultants don't work for commission and I shouldn't feel pressured to buy anything. Compared to other places I had gone, this place was miles above the rest. The fitting rooms are very large with plenty of mirrors, and everyone is very very nice. I would recommend this store, and specifically Debbie, to any brides in the area! Horrible service and an owner that doesn't care. Salespeople criticize customers and make racist comments, and when you complain to the owner, Susan, she says tough luck. When threatened with a negative review, she says that she doesn't care as lots of people leave bad reviews. Also, good luck getting your deposit back if you no longer want a dress. I felt very special shopping for my Mother of the Groom dress. The wedding was a black-tie affair and only black was allowed. My options were limited, but adequate. I found a beautiful dress and tried it on in a size 8. I wear a 12 Petite off the rack. It was a mermaid and of course a bit tight. I loved it. I was measured and a dress was ordered. The dress arrived quickly, and I was scheduled for alterations. However, the person that ordered the dress did not do the alterations. The dress arrived in a size 16! It was so large, alterations were a challenge without losing the design of the dress. It no longer had a mermaid appearance as the narrow part by the knees now hit me at my ankles. The train was left on as a size 16 and was so long I had to cut it off myself after paying for alterations. Overall - selection was good, service is questionable because I am not sure how the dress got ordered so large. Alterations were lacking. After paying nearly $1000 I had to alter it myself, and it was no longer a mermaid style. I have mixed feelings about this Bridal shop. read more

Terrible experience, drove an hour from New Jersey because it's my friends wedding. Waited for 2 hours to get measured and nothing was done. Demanded up front pay ( for a wedding 9 months from now) which was not agreed upon prior. Did not want to measure us anymore. The owner showed up and said we do not fit their profile and that we should go elsewhere Completely mistreated. We were taken to a large private fitting room with seats for my guest and the attendant Lydia asked all the right questions about silhouette, fabric, venue, color scheme, budget, etc. There was a large selection and many items to fit any budget. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any moment and the owner even greeted us and helped us find my dress. I HIGHLY recommend this store. Not only is the staff wonderful, but the store is equipped with temperature-controlled fireproof storage for your dress and there are seamstresses on site. This is a hidden gem. read more

I was hoping NOT to have to write this review. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the shop and due to the owner's unwillingness to take responsibility for the problem, I feel it's important to let others know of my experience, so no one else has to deal with the problems I had. I purchased my dress for my daughter's wedding at the store. It is beautiful, and the saleswoman who helped me was terrific. It was expensive, but I thought, well, I have one daughter, and I'm going to "go for it!" When it came in, I went for a fitting with one of the seamstresses there at the store. It was low cut, and she recommended sewing up the 'vee' in the front of the dress to make it more modest. As I know absolutely nothing about tailoring, I figured she knew what she was recommending and I went along with it. I went back a week later and when I tried the dress on, it was so bad that I actually cried. The dress was puckered and looked ridiculous. Honestly, I could have sewn up the vee myself to achieve that effect. But I was paying over $200 to get the tailoring done by the experts. The seamstress came into the room and cheerily asked 'how do you like it?' She cut the stitching on the vee, and this is where it got really bad. The dress hung crookedly on me. The dress hung so that the vee pointed off to the left side of my chest, which was completely obvious since my cleavage was showing. She didn't acknowledge this when I pointed it out and kept tugging the dress to make it center. Of course, once I moved, the dress shifted back to the way it now hung. She also asked me what I thought she should do to create more privacy and I had to suggest a privacy panel. I mean, isn't this what a seamstress is supposed to figure out? Depending on my thoughts for this kind of thing does not bode well as I know absolutely nothing about clothes (other than that they should hang straight). I had zero confidence that the dress would be fixed, so I called the owner later that day. We were running out of time - the wedding was fast approaching. Susan, the owner, kindly offered that I come in 2 days for a fitting with another seamstress who could fix it all. I went back in with the second person, who seemed more confident in being able to fix the dress. At this point, I had ONE MORE week to get it right. I needed it to be perfect the next time I went in, which would be to pick it up, 2 days before the wedding weekend was to start. I went in for the pick up, and it was still crooked. Also the slit was wavy and the lining stuck out. However, my hope going in to pick it up was that the flaws that it was sure to have would not be so bad as to make the dress unwearable. It met that basic low bar standard, so I took the dress as is, and said nothing more. My thought: this was as good as they could do. After the wedding, I called Susan back and said I thought she should make some accommodation for the dress being crooked and the slit being messed up. I asked for the cost of the alterations to be refunded. I was debating between that and giving me a replacement dress which was a bigger financial hit to her and I decided I was satisfied with the alteration refund, since that's what ruined a beautiful gown. She wanted me to come back in. By now I'd lost countless work hours driving back and forth to Nazareth so many times, and I was done. I sent her some pictures and she said she couldn't tell it was crooked in the photos. She had every come back: you signed it out, it looked beautiful, sometimes things feel crooked, it was straight on the mannequin, the seamstresses had been with her for 20 years. Etc. Then she said if I were to be refunded, it would come from the seamstresses (the ones who have been loyal to her for 20 years)! I said I would only take a refund from her, not the people who should be paid for their time. Remember the expression "the buck stops here"? I finally said it was up to her to take responsibility or not. It's been 2 weeks. Evidently she decided not to. read more

I did not want to give this place any stars but you can't leave a review without putting a star. I am getting married September 21st. This place made it the most awful experience I have ever had. First off when I took my bridesmaids there we had an appointment mind you. We were in the middle of the appointment in the fitting room. Someone came running in and went up to the lady helping us and asked her right in front of us who are you helping she said bridesmaids. The lady looks at her and says well let's go leave them we have a bride here, there were plenty other people there to help that bride. Second I went against my better judgement after the first experience. I took my two flower girls there on July 27th. The one dress came in like two weeks later my mom goes in to pick it up and the lady helping her was EXTREMELY rude to her. She yelled and belittled a co worker right in front of my mom. Then it took my second flower girl over a month and half to get her dress. My sister in law called like two weeks ago to ask just to see if we could get an idea of when the dress would be in she got told she would get a call back. After a week of waiting on September 2nd I called myself and ask I was then told I would get a call back. I didn't get one by the time I got out of work so I went there. Some lady I think her name was Sue comes out to show me the order paper and she says it says your wedding is September 7th so it should be here on time and I would get a call when it is in. I said okay that fine. Then Saturday September 7th the day they thought my wedding was comes and STILL no dress. Thank god that wasn't my actual wedding day... On Monday September 9th I call again asking for an update I got told I don't see an order here for that name and that I would get a call back I said thats fine if I don't have one by the time I get out of work I am coming there again and hung up. I got a call back a few minutes later by Sue to be told oh the dress is here it came on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6th. That is hilarious I didn't get a call, my sister in law didn't get a call and you had my wedding day marked as the 7th! If that was my actual wedding day I would of be screwed out of a dress for one of my flower girls! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I had a follow up appointment with the shop owner to discuss a problem. The appointment was two months out. I traveled an hour to get there and she wasnt there and didn't have the courtesy to call me. So I was treated disrespectfully and my problem went unresolved. The dress was a very expensive montage mon Cheri in blue ombré. I thought I was paying for a quality dress. If it needs alterations forget it. The lace is cheaply made and frays in frequent clusters revealing areas where the color did not fully penetrate. A seamstress's nightmare. Forget the optional sleeves. Even more trouble! Just walked in to Sandra's, mid-day on a Tuesday, to ask a question about purchasing a dress for a photoshoot (not try on-just to ask a question) for a commercial that I'm working on. After being completely ignored and passed by by four employees without so much as a courtesy hello, I walked out. Jokes really on them, I buy a lot of nice dresses and am a very spendy customer. First off some transparency, I'm writing this review for the $25,000 Casablanca bridal giveaway. Also I used to work here back in high school, 2006. Quick overview. 10/10 recommend Since I worked here back when I was a teen, I was already comfortable with this establishment. It gives a really cool vintage vibe. The store itself is set up as it was back in the 60s. It's a traditional show room and not a modern shop or department store. They even kept the show room fitting rooms. Which is cool cause you can kinda see into the dress vault because the backs of the fitting rooms are open so the laddies and easily move dresses in and out. One of the reasons I came back here to get my bridal gown was because I know the owner is also a wholesaler for many of the bridal shops along the east coast and the mid west. They showed me dresses from Australia, Ukraine, Spain, China and various USA brands. Since their dresses come from all over the world you really got to adhere to all the bridal sites that say get you dress no less than 9 months out. I didn't, but Sue jumped through so many hoops to make sure my dress was here in time. 2nd I went with them cause I know that they specialize in custom work. Which can be done with one of their master seamstress or through the Casablanca bridal company. I looked into both these options. With either option, expect to pay. It's custom work and labor is not included in the price of the dress. The Casablanca options were really cool cause for extra $$ you can mix and match your dress. You can even buy a sketch of your custom dress which is super cool for the scrapbook. But I ended up going the root of having my custom work done by one of their seamstress. I know a few of the seamstresses that contract through them and they each have over 30+ years of experience. Which was great cause they are no BS when it comes to what can and cannot be done to a dress. I ended up paying a little under $500 in total for alterations including tip, which is not bad. A very good price since they had to redo some work to accommodate my pregnancy, thanks Covid lockdown. 3rd, they carry plus size bridal gowns to try on. As a bigger girl it felt so good to try on more than one dress that fit. They have a couple free services that are pretty convenient. They store the dresses for you in a Vault up until your wedding. Which was super nice since Covid screwed with everything. They also don't charge to put in a bustle in your gown. It comes free if you pay for a hem. They also will press and put your dress in a bust form when you pick it up. Which was SUPER nice cause it meant I didn't have to spend so much time the day of the wedding steaming it myself. Some reviews on here really B17(4 about this having to resteam the dress. Seriously, your transporting it in a car.... It's going to wrinkle. I had a huge ball gown with alot of layers and feathers. So I was already expecting to repress it, but was pleasantly surprised that I only needed to touch up the train since the top didn't wrinkle from it being in a bust form. You can request to have your dress spot cleaned before the wedding, which was nice cause I got makeup all over the inside of mine from trying it in so many times. Everything there is by appointment only, it was that way even before Covid. Even so, they get super busy. Saturdays are a mad house the place is packed. Expect to wait on a Saturday. So I recommend making a weekday appointment. And request a big room if you are bringing more than 2 people with you. They only have 4 large rooms with a curtain and those book up fast. The rest of the rooms are seamstress rooms so they are smaller and no curtain. For my bridesmaids I did a Bash. This is something they do Exclusively for people who purchased their bridals gowns through them. They put us in a private large show room that had 2 fitting room in it. It was BYOB and I don't think I tipped our consultant near enough. They got some special talent with keeping all the girls on task while they are drinking, socializing and playing dress up. Some people here complain out tipping, but I ended up tipping the seamstress a little more than I would a hairdresser or nail salon artist. Cause it's like similar principle, they don't take home what you are billed so if the work is good it's nice to show some appreciation. And I think I tipped the consultant 10%. This wasn't a thing when I was in high school, wish it was though. read more

I came in today for a dress and had the best experience. The rooms to try on gowns are spacious and private. There were 4 other women with me and there was plenty of room. I liked that there was a curtain for when I was changing from one gown to the next. I tried on at least 20 dresses as I am very picky and really wasn't sure what style I wanted. I did find it interesting that they don't really have a showroom for the gowns but I don't think they need one as the women who help you go and pull gowns from the back room that match up with what you may be looking for and will look good for your body type. Nadia was excellent and really listened to everything I was looking for but also offered options to try on that I wasn't sure I would like. Sure enough I tried one of those ones I wasn't sure about and it was gorgeous and ended up being the dress I decided on for my wedding. Susan also came in with the perfect veil and offered her expertise as well. Given I only have 6 months until my wedding, there were a lot of options available that would be ready in time. Overall I had a great experience and the other women with me did as well. I would absolutely recommend Sandra's to anyone looking for the perfect dress for their wedding. read more

I am extremely unhappy with this establishment. My mother ordered a dress for her granddaughter's wedding, which was supposed to take place last year in 2020. She paid full price to place the order and they contacted her when the dress arrived. They offered to hold it until she scheduled an alteration appointment. When she went to the appointment they thought my niece was there for alterations to a wedding dress which she never purchased, and they did not have my mother's dress. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they acted as if my mother was at fault and was confused. They clearly have no concept of customer service. I will NEVER give them any more business and will make sure my friends and family are aware of how horrible they treat people. Shame on them! read more

I bought a bridesmaid dress through Bridals by Sandra. The bride bought her dress here and wanted us to buy our dresses here as well. I visited the store with the bride when she bought her dress, and to be fair she had a great experience. However, when I placed my order over the phone (we live in DC), the staff insisted I buy a size 10 when I gave them my measurements. I am a size 0 and have NEVER been anywhere near a size 10, but thought I would trust their judgment. I don't understand how they could be so far off in sizing considering their experience. Not only did I spend $250 on this dress, but had to spend an additional $111 with the extreme alterations that had to be done. I called asking to get some sort of compensation due to the egregious alteration cost. They told me the waiver I signed, which I'm assuming was the CREDIT CARD authorization they told me to sign and send back to them, was a legally binding agreement that stated the dress was in perfect condition and I was satisfied. I don't know how they would expect me to know that when the dress was not scheduled to be delivered for another few months. Lesson learned. I would only use this place if your bridal party lives in the area and can all visit the store to order your dresses. read more

Had an appt to go try on wedding gowns, showed the girl what style I was looking for. She brought out the exact opposite of what I was asking for. Every time she'd ask "what do you think" I'd tell her this still isn't what I was hoping for and ask to show her the photos again. She's like no I don't need to see them I know what you want and this is it, (pointing to dress that was absolutely not it) She was so annoyed after I'd say I didn't like something and was much more worried about texting on her watch. You could tell she definitely hated her job from the moment I walked in the door. So after about 8 dresses she goes to get the owner who comes in and immediately is "omg that dress fits your figure so well" which it did not. At this point you could tell she was just making it up and wanting me to pick something. I tried on 2 more and I was like I don't want to waste your time or mine since we're not finding what I'm looking for. The owner comes back in and goes "well, nice meeting you, bye!" In a very sarcastic manner, almost like "ok if you're not gonna buy, then gtfo" definitely will not be going back here. read more

This was my second experience at Bridals by Sandra (two times a bridesmaid, never a bride). Sad to say, the second time was worse than the first. There are three main reasons for my continuing disappointment: 1. Lack of Service. They have upwards of 6 girls all who are going to spend $250 a piece on a dress, and they don't offer (a) water (let alone cheap champagne), (b) enough seats in the dressing room so everyone can sit, or (c) to bring in different size/colors/styles of dresses. 2. Demeanour. Unfriendly. The girls helping the bridal parties are not just shy, but unsmiling, not excited, and not willing to ask questions about the wedding or the bride. Essentially, the attitude is "give us your money and get out". Our bridal attendant's lurky sullen demeanour and constant side eye put a damper on the excitement in the room. 3. Pricing Structure. Ladies - be warned: If anyone in your bridal party is a size 14+ (which translates to a 10/12 in real sizes) they will be charged an extra $50 per dress. No one will tell you this ahead of time, no one will tell them and they will be suffering in silence while the store gives lip service to the bride that they are giving 10% off. They are not - they are giving an upcharge. In this day and age of size positivity, this store is still stumbling along in the 1980s. I will never go here for my wedding dresses when there are so many better options out there. read more

I was out for the whole morning trying to find a prom dress... it's late in prom season and I started losing hope on finding a nice dress. My mom and I came here, deciding it'd be the last stop. As soon as we walked in the lady asked what we're here for and kindly showed us where the prom dresses were Everything really wasn't in my size (I'm around a 3-4) because I am really late into prom season, but all dresses were half off so I desperately looked. I found one dress in my size, and it. Was. Beautiful. The lady at the front took me to my dressing room and as I was trying on the dress, another lady came in and helped me. Her and my mom were chatting and she was VERY friendly. Last year, I hid myself in a poofy from dress because I was insecure about my body. The dress I tried on was slim fit, and as soon as I looked in the mirror the lady was telling me how beautiful I looked, and how perfect my body was for such gowns. When I tell you I almost cried there I mean it. I don't get complimented about my body ever, and even when she had me try on heels she told me I have the legs of a model. She kept calling me gorgeous and she said the prom dress was made for me. When we went to put a payment down, the lady at the desk and the lady who helped me in the dressing room both asked me about my prom and were making small talk. They genuinely seem to care about their customers. So grateful for this place. I found my dream senior prom dress, and was boosted in my confidence to where it outside of a fitting room. read more

I recently purchased my wedding gown here. And while I loved my gown in the end, I was not happy with the sales people who worked here. When I called to make an appointment I asked if they had plus size gowns for me to try on, they said yes they had plenty and I should come in. When I went in for my appointment the lady brought out 4 dresses in my size that I could try on, none of them in the style I was looking for. When I said no to them she gave me an attitude and told me I was being too specific with what I was looking for. Um.. Yeah I'm being specific! It's my wedding dress!! Just because I'm plus size means I shouldn't get the dress I always dreamt of?? I almost left crying until my mother pointed out a book of gowns on the table. I looked through it and found the exact one I've been thinking about. They ordered it and I ended up loving it. It was a ball gown but the front laid a little too flat for me so I asked to try it on with an under skirt. The same sales associate said no because it would make it too full. I was very disappointed. She wouldn't even let me try it! So it comes time to get my dress altered. The seamstress was super nice and very talented. I told her I wanted a fuller skirt and she told me to wear an underskirt. I tried it on with one and it brought tears to my eyes. It is exactly what I wanted! And she agreed with me that it was exactly what my dress needed. Just visited the page to comb through reviews to determine what my consultants name was (Stacey) from 3 years ago so I could recommend her to someone and figured I may as well leave a review while I'm here! Bridals By Sandra was top notch for my October 2014 wedding. I had been to at least 5 other bridal shops and was not having luck (or the best customer experience) with finding the perfect dress. Finally, my mom and I made the trip up to Nazareth and I met with Stacey. I described what I liked, didn't like, and how I was looking for just an element of "different". The first dress she pulled from the back was the perfect dress for me! Stacey was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my requests... she basically read my mind ;) I absolutely recommend working with her! For follow up appointments (including my whole bridal party) I had the opportunity to work with another consultant (Deb, I think?) who was also amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. My dress came in on time, alterations were done quickly and were absolutely perfect. I was able to take home my dress the day of my follow up alterations appointment... the seamstress took care of some last minute tweaks, steaming/pressing, etc. while we were there to save me the 1+ hour trip back up there so close to my wedding. Sandra's covid 19 precautions were very lax. Employees not masked in small dressing rooms and extremely close. They actually told our party that there was no need to be masked. The store was crowded. Not the best experience. read more

Everyone here was friendly and cautious of COVID protocols. With everything going on they still made my experience special and exciting. Brianna did an excellent job finding dresses for me to try with little guidance. I wasn't sure what I was going to like and it was almost as if she knew me better than myself! Before my final decision and reveal to my friends and family she chose the PERFECT veil and little bouquet. Went to get my prom dress altered, the alternation lady was extremely rude and lazy. She wouldn't go back to the floor to measure the dress again because she didn't feel like, sorry but that is your job. Tone of voice was very disrespectful. She made this experience very unpleasant, for $100 I was expecting effort, and a WANT to be there. Highly dissatisfied. read more

Very disappointed with Sandras. I bought my bridal gown there 38 years ago so I brought my daughter there for hers. There was a lot of miscommunication. We purchased a gown off the rack since we had a short time frame. When she picked out her gown we were told that she would be called to come back in for her fitting because they had pinned her dress right when she picked it out. No one ever called. When we called we were told that the bride was to call for a fitting appointment but I had 3 other people with us who heard them say they would call. Then when we did call they had trouble finding the dress! We also had trouble with the bustle not holding on the day of the wedding. When I went in and talked to the manager she did not want to hear anything I said and said they would never have told us that they would call for the fitting but I have other people who heard differently. She told me the bustle would have held and that there was a paper with directions on it attached to the dress bag on how to attach the bustle but the paper was not attached. The manager was very rude and said they sell thousands of dresses and brushed me off by saying over and over have a nice day! I guess our purchase was not a worry to her. I will never recommend anyone to shop there. read more

According to the Sottero-Midgley website, this store is listed as being in the closest proximity to me as one of their dress dealers. I called to make an appointment and see if they have the 4 dresses I want on premise. The woman who answered informed me they most likely would not have all 4 dresses & would not take the stock numbers over the phone to see if they even had any of them. Instead she said I should bring all 4 S-M numbers with me and they would be ordered for me at my appointment if they were not on premise. At my physical appointment, they only had 1 out of the 4 dresses and the consultant said to me, "Why didn't you call and give us the Sottero-Midgley numbers first, that way we could have told you if we had them or not before you came." (AWKWARD!!) She showed me 3 or 4 other dresses but I made it clear that I want to see my original 4. She said they could order only 1 of the remaining 3 for me and it would be a $50 charge. I feel like they wasted my time and gas and made me, in turn, waste their time. Not cool. The only good part of it was that one dress they did have was $1200 cheaper than I expected. Do not come here! They will only add stress to the wedding planning process! Great selection of dresses and fair prices,BUT the WORST customer service. Whoever answers the phone was rude to multiple members of the bridal party throughout the process and could not pull up simple information about the bride's dress. They made our bridal party an appointment for alterations when there was no seamstress working. They do not care about your convenience and have made members of the bridal party drive from where they live (3+ hours away) FIVE times just to purchase their dress and get the hem fixed. NEVER going there again and will redirect anyone I know from going there in the future. read more

I live in Philadelphia and was visiting my mom and had heard good things through friends about this store. My consultant was Alyssa who was knowledgeable and charming and every dress she pulled was the right style and I found my dress unexpectedly on the 3rd try! She was patient and corseted me into it 3 times so I could keep seeing it on. The price was excellent and they clearly have a range of designers and styles. My experience with Bridal's by Sandra has been great so far. I heard about them from a friend and I am so happy I did. After a less than great experience at David's Bridal I was so relieved by everything and everyone at Bridal's by Sandra. Erika E was such an amazing consultant and made my experience even better. She was so patient and kind! She put me in dresses that made me feel amazing and we're EXACTLY what I was looking for. I really felt that she genuinely cared about me throughout my appointment. I felt that my dress was very affordable for the high quality gown designed by Mori Lee. Erika also helped me pair my dress with a gorgeous and affordable veil. I was also able to find 7 beautiful bridesmaid dresses for my girls, although they seemed a little expensive between $180-$260 a gown. However, I was so happy to see that there was such a LARGE selections of dresses! We ended up getting 6 dresses of the same color but different styles. I will also be ordering my groom's and groomsman's tuxedos, as well as my invitations through Bridals by Sandra in the near future! Whenever a bride purchases a dress here, any future transactions (as long as they are paid in full) such as bridesmaid dresses, jewelry, veil, MOB dresses, tuxedos, and invitations all receive 10% off! The only negative I do have to say is that there have been a few times where I called and was greeted by the receptionist and she was not as pleasant as the rest of the staff tends to be. read more

I had the greatest experience at Bridals by Sandra. I currently live in NYC, and was set on purchasing a dress in the city to make alterations easier, but decided to "just look" near home to make my mom happy. I had previously gone to 3 stores in the city, and while I found dresses I liked - the service was subpar and I constantly felt rushed. (In one store I was allowed only 4 dresses and no veils unless I would purchase that day.) So, I had low expectations upon entering Bridals by Sandra. I was lucky enough to have Alyssa as my consultant. What a great experience. She listened, offered suggestions and was KNOWLEDGEABLE about every single dress she had me in. She was patient and didn't appear to get frustrated when I couldn't make a decision (let alone form an opinion.) The dresses she pulled were beautiful. She also offered suggestion as to bridesmaid dresses (when/how to order so fabric coloring is the same, etc.) She was a full blown wedding pro. While I did not purchase my dress during my visit, my next appointment is booked and I'm now 100% set on ordering from Bridals by Sandra. read more
