This is the only place I will recommend anyone buy wedding rings. We had an amazing experience designing my engagement ring, so much so we went back for our wedding bands. Both representatives we had were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The process was seamless and we are so so so happy with our rings. read more

We showed up with the intent of just browsing for an engagement ring, but ended up finding a number of rings that we liked. Had dedicated service from Ashley, who took the time to show us everything we wanted to see, started a profile to compile what we liked best, then helped us narrow desires for settings and stones. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, while also providing invaluable information on what to consider when buying. We left feeling very satisfied with the experience and that Bixler's is a very good option for buying a ring there. read more

Website says open until 6. We arrived at 5 to find the store is closed. Very frustrating.

I brought a pearl necklace in to be restrung about a year ago. After wearing only a few times I could see the knot spacing was uneven. When I returned to show them after 6 months and asked that they be restrung the said they would do me a favor and do it but they had an attitude about it. Instead they should have apologized and had a better attitude about having to fix their poor workmanship. read more

Recently, we participated in an intimate Bridal Event hosted by Bixler's Jewelers, "Lucky in Love" Wedding Showcase. There were a number of upscale Wedding Professionals in attendance. Candidly, we had heard of Bixler's "America's Oldest Jewelers", ever since moving from to the Lehigh Valley, but never had need of their services. I must say, as a Professional Photographer who has worked in some of the very best venues not only in the Lehigh Valley but Nationally and Internationally, I was taken aback on the first impression of their showroom! From every angle of this sizeable but not overwhelming showroom cried "First Class". Lighting, the layout of the showcased and the private nooks where their experts and customers to share focused time on their possible selection. However, for the multiple hours I was there, I got to see snippets of customer care and see the expressions on their clients faces, even the response time on welcoming newcomers, not suffocating them. This is an experience, I would recommend our children, our family and friends and any inquiring couples to put on their list of Jewelry Professionals and visit them. As a 5 Star Professional within the Professional Wedding Community. I would share a 5 Star rating with Bixler's Jewelers any day! Had a jewelry appraisal scheduled and was instructed to come early to drop of some very large pieces of jewelry. Arrived at 10:30am (as I am a surgeon and had urgent patients scheduled at 11am). Their map link stated they open at 10am. I had planned to pick it up later in the day and also purchase a 2 thousand dollar piece that evening from them for my husband. I should note I am a woman of color and had a mask and surgeon's cap on. A Caucasian man came to the door and refused to just allow me to even drop off the pieces at the door. He was exceedingly rude. I could not help but wonder had I been white would he just have taken the jewelry from me at the door and cared more about customer service. I will NOT be coming back. Awful service during a time where I am sure they are financially struggling. As a person of color I would not support this business. UPDATE: Received a call from their "manager" several hours later in the muddle of my clinic day. I answered because I wanted to believe they would be apologetic. Instead, upon hearing I was busy, the manager asked me to call them back. What a missed opportunity! (Instead of leading with an apology first and foremost). I gave them too much of my time when they clearly couldn't spare a second of theirs. read more

From the day I shopped around for engagement rings until the day of my engagement Bixlers was amazing. They were so helpful when I was shopping (I was clueless) and my fiancé said they helped him every step of the way with creating my dream ring, he left with no questions that he made a great, quality purchase. Beautiful!!! read more

I don't know if he is the manager or the owner --- white shirt and tie, glasses, graying hair, age 58-65, behind round reception desk --- but whatever title he has, it does NOT come with common courtesy, in that I waited for an acknowledgment of my presence. And when finally recognized, never even looked up at me. The transaction involved expensive jewelry that had been purchased over the years from Bixlers --- and after retrieving my items, transfered me over to another employee Certainly NOT the Bixlers of Easton !!! Arrogant & indifferent. read more

Highly recommend Bixlers!! They have a beautiful selection of rings and jewelry. Arylnne and team are absolutely amazing. Very personable and extremely helpful. Got my engagement ring and wedding bands! We will be back for all future jewelry purchases. read more

Super helpful and efficient helping us out on short notice for our wedding bands! Would recommend!

My experience at Bixlers is exceptional every visit. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I know my jewelry is checked thoroughly and is always in caring hands. Thank you Fred and staff for your level of service! read more

Arlynne is the best! She helped my fiancé make me the most beautiful engagement ring and now she's helping me with my wedding band!

My family has been using Bixler's for decades. The quality of products is amazing. Their jewelry does not feel like run off the mill, like some of those chain jewelry stores. It was a no brainer to use them when it came time for our wedding bands. The prices you can't beat. They help customized my wedding band using the diamonds from my grandmother's ring. We will definitely be using them for all future needs. Jeff was amazing and helpful. He listened to what we wanted and made sure everything was perfect before we walked out of the store. Plus, many of my friends have used them for their wedding needs and everything is absolutely stunning. read more

My fiancé proposed to me with the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. It is custom made and not a single ring like it out there. Both Jeff's (Jeff M and Jeff Y) made our experience incredible upon coming in for a sizing. Jeff M was the mastermind assisting my fiancé in creating this beauty. We could not be happier with this experience and we highly recommend!! We can't wait to shop for our bands. read more

WOW my fiancé did GREAT! At the time, I had never heard of this jeweler and never had looked at rings with a partner prior. My boyfriend Greg brought me and we met with Michelle who was AMAZING!! Seriously, she was patient, kind, honest & really seemed to love what she does. I was afraid I was going to ask stupid questions through the process but she answered everything with confidence, kind words, & genuine sincerity. My 'fiancé surprised me on Christmas afternoon surrounded by our children and it was perfection! I would completely recommend this high quality jewelers! read more

They service was fantastic and jewelry absolutely gorgeous! Not only did my fiance get my engagement ring there but has brought his best friend to get his engagement ring there too. Absolutely spectacular. Highly recommend. read more

Although Arlynn was fantastic, as we became return customers and dealt with other employees in the store, our experiences became more and more unpleasant. We recently got married and I wanted to buy another diamond band to match my engagement ring/band to make the piece look more complete. We requested an additional 5% discount since it was a "Bixler made piece". We at that point had spent ALOT of money there for my engagement ring and our wedding bands so I didn't think what we were asking for was unreasonable. They instantly became snotty, so we immediately left. I buy jewelry often, so they lost a good customer, who originally gave them a second chance from a very bad experience, over $35. So yes, their customer service sucks and I won't be going back there. I'll make the drive to Northampton Jewelers. They always give excellent customer service. read more

We got a custom made engagement ring at Bixlers and had an excellent experience from start to finish. They worked with us on the design, adjusted as needed and the final product was our perfect vision! We recently went back for our wedding bands and a similar experience was had. I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs! read more

Excellent experience. 10/10 would recommend Bixlers to anyone in need of an engagement/wedding ring. Had a custom ring made and it turned out better than I could've imagined. Joyce was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. read more

I had my jeweler repair at bixler"s the worst! Three days later the bracelet broke, I go back to the store. They tell me, must be another spot. Worst place to shop! They don't stand by there work. And are overpriced! Stay far away. read more

Lovely jewelry store! Only place around with a unique and special variety. So pleased with their selection! Don't waste your time at the mall or with chain jewelry stores. Tom was wonderful, attentive, and patient! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience at Bixlers read more

I walked into the store with one need: replace the battery in my watch. I was told this would take five to ten minutes. They actually broke my watch in the process and now my watch is gone for what the rep described as "weeks" while they repair it. I am dumbfounded that what should have taken 5-10 minutes has now turned into weeks. PS: Watch is less than a year old and has barely been used. read more

This review is long overdue but a recent issue prompted me to revisit. My husband had my engagement ring made here. He had his own diamond but had them make the diamond setting. A few months into our engagement, the band on the engagement ring broke. We live in Boston so we asked Bixlers to recommend a jeweler here to fix it and they did. The guy did a horrendous job (didn't match color or size of diamonds on band), so we had Bixlers redo it and send the ring via mail. It took forever. I was without a ring. When it came time to buy a wedding band, we asked Bixlers to match it to the engagement ring. Since, again, we are in Boston, we asked them to email a photo before we purchased. They sent us a 3D CAD rendering of the scariest piece of jewelry I'd ever seen. Think braces with diamonds. Clearly something for the manufacturer and didn't match the engagement setting we purchased. After being reassured that the ring wouldn't be hideous, we still bought it. Fast forward to yesterday and now one of the diamonds fell out of the band. The fact that it's happened to both rings is a testament of the quality (or lack there of). We wanted to go through Bixler's because my in laws have done a lot of business with them over the years and they were once a family-owned business that stood by their products. No longer is that the case. read more

I found the perfect piece I was looking for after searching the other big name jewelry stores and their customer service was excellent. I still can't believe the quality of the stones and metals they have at the prices they sell for. The same quality piece of jewelry I bought here was selling for 40 percent more in the other stores. And even better is that when you buy an item you get store credit points to spend there. I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend this store. The sales associate Holly was very pleasant to work with and she helped me find just what I was looking for. read more

Had a 2ct diamond ring appraised six years ago. Paid for a new appraisal this month for insurance purposes. Appraisal value was lowered by 75%. They were either incompetent then or they are incompetent now. Stay away from this jeweler. They can't be trusted. read more

I give them 1 star(only because you have to give a star rating to post, otherwise would be 0), this place is a real joke DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENTS, sales people are snotty, asked about getting a ring resized and they didn't want to ever consider the request. Worse was older white guy(wearing a Knights of Columbus pin, some example), then the woman Arlynn was polite up to the point the sale was set, then she couldn't get rid of me fast enough. But, I got much better service a Musselman Jewelers in Bethlehem, far superior customer service and much more friendly. Will be a cold day in hell before I give Bixler's one more penny of sales. read more

I love it! They definitely place a large emphasis on the quality of their diamonds and Bands. AND They have a No hassle Law-Away Plan which makes Buying Jewelry there a MUST! read more

Poor selections...sales people seem to not be friendly....don't waste your time in this store.

I used Bixler's Jewelers because they were recommended by a friend. I was very dissatisfied from start to finish! We dealt with several store workers as we were ordering and having work done on several items. One woman was extremely nice, everyone else was not! I felt like I was buying from a used car salesman! Another woman was so professionally passive aggressive I was shocked she was allowed to work with customers! One hand did not know what the other hand was doing. We were given incorrect information about our orders twice! The worst part is we definitely paid too much, it took for ever, and we were sooo disappointed with the results. We did not even want to deal with them again to have them fix it. Cut our losses and moving on! I do not recommend them, and I will never go there again! read more

Went in to get a older rarer watch fixed that is a family heirloom. Jeff, gave me a full run down on the watch and explained everything about the watch and it's history. Jeff was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He put a new battery in the watch and cleaned the contacts and thankfully it worked perfectly. He also informed me that Parts for the watch have become scarce, and offered to do some research to find a watchmaker that may be able to help with parts of i need them in the future. Awesome place and will go back for sure. read more

Amazing jeweler! I couldn't believe the history that's on display. Legitimately the oldest jeweler in America. Great staff but the cream of the crop is Holly (didn't catch a last name, hope there's only one). The knowledge that this professional had was second to none and the selection was of the greatest quality, even the estate jewelry was obviously selected for quality and beauty. Huge Michael Kors watch selection and David Yurman collection is exquisite! You have to shop at this store. read more

I have been married for over 25 years and went to Bixler's for the first time to have my diamond re-set. I worked with Michele Byrne. I would recommend Bixler's and Michele to anyone! read more

We did not have great experiences here. We thought that they must be good at customer service since they were in business so long, but that was not true. The communication and customer service is really lacking. There were WAY too many problems that Bixler's created that should have never happened, but I will give Bixler's some credit for then trying to resolve their own problems they created. They were a major pain to deal with and would take forever to respond to e-mails. The reps are not down-to-earth and did not seem to care at all about their jobs or you as a customer. If you brought up any issues, they treated you like you were an annoyance and not like you had legitimate concerns. I would not recommend them. They are also more expensive than most other jewelers out there and take forever to get your jewelry done. I wish we would have given our business to someone else; it would have saved us tons of time and headaches. read more
