The three people who spoke to us were not only unwilling to help me but talked down to us like we weren't worthy of entering the store. I had walked into the store wanting to try out a Rolex watch. First time for me into buying a luxury piece since I am not watch collector I just own an Apple watch. i made a trip to the store at the mall in leigh valley mall. My daughter had set up a appt to have a ring valued, the gentlemen that did the appraisal was horrible first he said i don't know what kind of guy he was, but this is a cheap ring. he valued the ring at a really low price, but said nothing at that time. then he said i wish I had the paper work, little did he know, i had a earlier appraisal, he looked at the paperwork, and could only say it was a good one, now he could not go back and cover his tracks, thinking i did not know nothing about the ring, I got up and walked right out. from what i seen its all junk, women know your 4c's before buying a diamond, do some research, and don't go to murphys its for young adults read more

My daughter and I walked into Murphy's last week while Christmas shopping at the mall to talk to someone about the possibility of them acquiring a new Rolex for me. I met with two very friendly associates, Tony and Nicole. They were both very friendly and nice. And after chatting with them for awhile I left my contact info with the hopes that in a year or two I might get a phone call that they have a watch available for me to purchase. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that phone call would come only a week later!! After the call, my daughter and I took the drive down and we were met by Nicole and Tony where I was offered the chance to buy a brand new 41mm Submariner. Everyone that I met there was extremely pleasant and they made us feel right at home. Promenade location is very unprofessional. Was basically given the run around for weeks. Went to upgrade my engagement ring. First they "forgot" we were going in to look at stones so they never had them ready. Went back again and they only had 3 to look at. Then they gave us trade-in value and when we said we didn't want to spend over $10,000 more, we get email letting us know they changed their mind and won't honor the trade in value anymore. Completely tacky and unprofessional. Would never use this company for anything after that horrible experience. read more

The manager in Lehigh Valley bragged and belittled me with thinking I care about her $60,000 ring! What manager does that? My Wedding bands are 7 years old and diamonds have fallen out 8 times! Michael, in Hamburg has been understanding until today. He was dead set on comparing my ring to an auto warranty. If the ring or car is made with experience, care, good craftsmanship and solid material it should last longer than a year without falling apart. First, I think the fact that a company that has been around so long and has only 8 Yelp reviews should raise concern. This place is as slimmy as they come. They don't care about anybody except when it comes to selling you something. They have a 30 day return policy on any item bought. What they don't tell you is when that 30 day starts. I can tell you it is not when it is ready to be picked up. I bought an engagement ring recently and needed to return it due to a serious life's event. They said,"no" you exceeded the 30 days from the date you paid for it by a couple of days and said they would give me nothing for the ring and try ebay. They are careless cold people and would never buy another thing from this place. It is a joke with cold-hearted people. I work in medicine, and am a former Marine Corpsman, so I could never imagine treating a Marine, or patient, with the cold manner in which I was treated. If you need an engagement ring, go somewhere else where people truly care. read more
