This is my second purchase from Murphy Jewelers, and once again they exceeded every expectation. About five months ago, Bob helped me purchase my first Rolex, and the experience was outstanding. When it came time to find a special gift for my wife, there was no question that I wanted to work with Bob again. He helped me select the perfect pair of gold earrings and made the entire experience enjoyable, personal, and completely stress-free. Bob is incredibly knowledgeable, never pushy, and genuinely takes the time to get to know his clients. He makes you feel like more than just another customer, and that's something you don't find often. I also want to recognize Sarah, who was fantastic throughout the process. She took the time to get to know my wife's style and color preferences so she could beautifully gift-wrap everything. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the experience even more special. Thank you, Bob, Sarah, and the entire Murphy Jewelers team for another wonderful experience. I look forward to celebrating many of life's milestones with Murphy Jewelers from special gifts for my family to hopefully adding a few more Rolex timepieces to my collection over the years. It's a pleasure doing business with a team that genuinely values its customers. Highly recommended! Rav! read more

Great customer service, fast turnaround time, and excellent quality of work! We brought in a piece of jewelry to be adjusted and were quoted 1-2 weeks for the piece to be completed, but were so pleasantly surprised when Murphy's called the next day saying it was ready. read more

I stopped by to look at their selection of wedding bands not knowing if I was going to find what I was looking for. I was greeted by Liam and Amelia who were very helpful in showing me some options, and helping me decide which ring to buy. They really listened and provided great recommendations leading to the purchase of a special piece. Thank you for your customer service and making my buying experience easy. read more

If you're in the market for a Rolex or some fine jewelry, this is your spot. Ask for Franco. I recently purchased a bigger ticket item from Franco. He was accommodating, patient, and all around just kind. He never rushed me or never tried to "sell." I came back a second time and purchased an awesome John Hardy necklace from Lyailya for my brother. She is also fabulous. Extremely passionate and showed me ALL of the options until I finally chose the right piece. I can't stress enough how great the customer service is here. I can't wait to buy my next gift here. This store has a huge selection of high end gifts of all price ranges. Thanks Murphy's for being here and hiring the best of the best! read more

My first experience in the store was having a watch serviced. Tony Chami was extremely polite and thorough. I decided to go back to the store prior to Christmas to buy my wife a pair of earrings. Tony Chami and Christian were extremely helpful in explaining all of the details and differences between all of my options. I purchased a pair made by Hearts On Fire and my wife couldn't have been happier. Lehigh Valley is an hour away from where I live but it has been worth the ride every time! read more

Never step foot into this store. I went to the Lehigh Valley store last night and was treated like. Second class citizen. My reason for visiting was to get a few rings re-sized. The three people who spoke to us were not only unwilling to help me but talked down to us like we weren't worthy of entering the store. The general manager came out and actually said to us This isn't Tiffany's ". But... Ok whatever that meant. Basically walked us to the door. Funny part is, we wanted to upgrade my engagement ring and not one of your staff offered us to see anything. Unbelievable. And there was no one in the store not one customer!!!! Well your loss. Someone could have made a nice commission!! read more

I had walked into the store wanting to try out a Rolex watch. First time for me into buying a luxury piece since I am not watch collector I just own an Apple watch. I was greeted by Chris and the store manager Mr. Keefe. I was a bit shy since I'd never tried a watch of this caliber, but they immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. I explained to him what specific model I was looking for, they didn't have it in the store for purchase but instead I had tried one they had for exhibition purposes. Mr. Keefe took my information, and approximately 2 weeks later on the day of my birthday I had received a call to come by and pick up my very first, brand new shinny Rolex. I want to thank both Chris and Mr. Keefe for making my dream come true. I am over the moon with my new piece. Thank you guys so very much. Very cordial and friendly folks. read more

Just bought my first Rolex at Murphy Jewelers. I walked in the store after 1 year as the store has increased in selection for exhibition, so definitely recommend going in to try on your favorite models. Mary and Christian were amazing. Celebrated my purchase with Champagne, now I am already waiting on my next timepiece for my father a Rolex GMT II "Batgirl" and Submariner for my brother. Thank you guys!! read more

First dealt with Tony Chami, when I bought my wife's engagement ring. When he was at the center valley location. Now today I picked up a just because gift for my wife because let's face it she's a great mother and wife so even though Christmas is next week it's a just because gift. But I want to say thank you to Nicole & Joshua Benzrihem. Love the new location by the way! Great big space. read more

Very friendly service from everyone there. They were able to help me with service on a few of my older Rolexes, as well helping me pick out my new one. Ask for the manager Tony or Marybel for world class service. read more

I needed new batteries for two watches, one of which I purchased at this fine store. I was greeted as an old friend, and I asked if they could change batteries in both watches, Tony, the manager told me absolutely. It only took about 10 minutes and both watches were running fine again. I was really pleasantly surprised that the new battery install was free! Plus I was given a cup of tea! Now that just reinforces why Murphy Jewelers is my #1 store for all my jewelry and watch purchases. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be. Thank you Tony and your excellent, gracious and professional staff. read more

I had looked for a jeweler that would use my already owned center stone and place it in a new custom setting for sometime. My first experience at the store was great, the staff was extremely helpful. Nicole Benzrihem went above and beyond contacting the ring manufacturer for customized options and pricing and went back and forth with me over a couple weeks to explore different options. I was so impressed with her customer service. My stone was placed exquisitely in the new custom setting I ended up choosing and ready for me in a couple weeks. I am so happy with it and thankful I popped into Murphy Jewelers! read more

i made a trip to the store at the mall in leigh valley mall. My daughter had set up a appt to have a ring valued, the gentlemen that did the appraisal was horrible first he said i don't know what kind of guy he was, but this is a cheap ring. he valued the ring at a really low price, but said nothing at that time. then he said i wish I had the paper work, little did he know, i had a earlier appraisal, he looked at the paperwork, and could only say it was a good one, now he could not go back and cover his tracks, thinking i did not know nothing about the ring, I got up and walked right out. from what i seen its all junk, women know your 4c's before buying a diamond, do some research, and don't go to murphys its for young adults read more

Could not have asked for a better experience purchasing high end jewelry. Mary, Nicole, Franco, and the entire crew at this location are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Don't waste your time going anywhere else! read more

Received a Bulova watch as my 30th anniversary gift from my employer. It was extremely large and needed to be resized. Took it to Murphy Jeweler at The Promenade shops to be resized. What an amazing experience! Everyone so friendly and accommodating! The man who resized my watch was wonderful! He took his time and had to take out links twice until he go it just perfect! Thank you. read more

I sent an form email inquiry to Murphy Jewelers via Rolex.com. I was not expecting a reply back or at best only a canned form letter. I received a personalized email back from Joshua Benzrihem who was thoughtful, courteous and willing to help. I will definitely patronize this shop in the future. read more

Promenade location is very unprofessional. Was basically given the run around for weeks. Went to upgrade my engagement ring. First they "forgot" we were going in to look at stones so they never had them ready. Went back again and they only had 3 to look at. Then they gave us trade-in value and when we said we didn't want to spend over $10,000 more, we get email letting us know they changed their mind and won't honor the trade in value anymore. Completely tacky and unprofessional. Would never use this company for anything after that horrible experience. read more

The management and customer service is poor and offensive. All the lights and shiny jewelry can't hide their ignorance. The manager in Lehigh Valley bragged and belittled me with thinking I care about her $60,000 ring! What manager does that? My Wedding bands are 7 years old and diamonds have fallen out 8 times! Michael, in Hamburg has been understanding until today. He was dead set on comparing my ring to an auto warranty. If the ring or car is made with experience, care, good craftsmanship and solid material it should last longer than a year without falling apart. I'll be taking my ring to a real jeweler in the future. read more

Murphy' amazing customer service and experience have created a customer for life! My daughter and I walked into Murphy's last week while Christmas shopping at the mall to talk to someone about the possibility of them acquiring a new Rolex for me. I met with two very friendly associates, Tony and Nicole. They were both very friendly and nice. And after chatting with them for awhile I left my contact info with the hopes that in a year or two I might get a phone call that they have a watch available for me to purchase. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that phone call would come only a week later!! After the call, my daughter and I took the drive down and we were met by Nicole and Tony where I was offered the chance to buy a brand new 41mm Submariner. Everyone that I met there was extremely pleasant and they made us feel right at home. Well needless to say I am now the proud new owner of my Submariner and I'm thrilled with the level of customer service and just a wonderful overall experience. I will never go anywhere else to buy any kind of high end jewelry or watches.. every retail store out there could take some lessons from Murphy's! This is the benchmark for what customer service should be!! Thanks again Nicole & Tony!! read more

Gorgeous jewelry, fairly priced, excellent customer service. Highly recommend (especially Mary :)

First, I think the fact that a company that has been around so long and has only 8 Yelp reviews should raise concern. This place is as slimmy as they come. They don't care about anybody except when it comes to selling you something. They have a 30 day return policy on any item bought. What they don't tell you is when that 30 day starts. I can tell you it is not when it is ready to be picked up. I bought an engagement ring recently and needed to return it due to a serious life's event. They said,"no" you exceeded the 30 days from the date you paid for it by a couple of days and said they would give me nothing for the ring and try ebay. They are careless cold people and would never buy another thing from this place. It is a joke with cold-hearted people. I work in medicine, and am a former Marine Corpsman, so I could never imagine treating a Marine, or patient, with the cold manner in which I was treated. If you need an engagement ring, go somewhere else where people truly care. read more

When I found myself without my husband's 40th Birthday present on the morning his birthday the team at the Saucon Valley Shoppes came through as the savior for the Breitling watch I had intended to giver my husband that evening. I cannot say enough about this jeweler, their outstanding customer service and that fact that they now have a customer for life with my family. A very special thank you to Mary the store manager and the entire team that saved the day for me! If you are thinking about purchasing from Murphy Jewelers, stop thinking and just go for it! read more

Well apparently you should only go here if you want to purchase big diamonds or other over-priced pieces, otherwise they'll just treat you like crap, looking at you supposed Store Manager Karen (how aptly named!!). Doesn't seem to matter if you've been a regular customer for years - well they need not worry anymore because we'll certainly never be back. read more

I visited several jewelers in the Lehigh Valley to help me find the right setting for my 30 year anniversary ring. Ellen was the only person that was willing to take the time to help me design the right piece at the right price and I am thrilled with the results!
