She was wonderful! I had a general idea what I was looking for and she showed me several rings that fit. I gave her a price range and she brought several diamonds to fit the setting I liked. Not only that but she clearly explained the ratings for diamonds and pointed out any small specs or flaws so that I clearly understood what I was purchasing. I didn't want to buy on my 1st couple times and Anne was always understanding and helpful. Never pushy. My fiancé and I have been back a few times and every time the clean her ring and are happy to show us bands or anything else we want to see. I'm happy with my choice!

When I learned that our landlord was ending our lease 2 months later, we scheduled a walk-through, KF's owner visited our store, and said probably 90% of our stuff or more would be fine for their auction. We had a closeout sale, and at the end of our lease they sent a 4-man crew and a box truck to load most of our store for auction. Took them about 2.5-3 hours. Our first batch of goods just went up for auction this week, and while we were certainly disappointed in how much a few of our lots brought, we were surprised at how well others did. Overall, we were VERY satisfied. More items were put up for the following week, and unfortunately the presentation for some lots seemed rushed (some valuable items were barely visible among a box of others, etc.) I emailed them and expressed my concerns and they promptly acted to remedy the situation, taking more photographs and updating descriptions. Great service from them as both a buyer and seller so far. If I rated them separately, I'd have given them five stars as a buyer, and 4 as a seller. When I reopen my vintage shop in a new location, I will definitely look to them again for goods -- they have a lot of great stuff every week.

Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Stopped in and met Dale, one of the at least three generations of Martins who operate this business which is in the process of expanding on a busy Saturday afternoon. Dale took the time to explore my needs and recommended the best bike rack (Kuat 2.0) that I have ever owned and I think that I have had about 10. The problem was that literally there was no room in my car for the box. Actually though it wasn't a problem for me. In about half the promised 45 minutes a team had it inboxes, assembled and on the back of my car. Bummer though was that when I got home I found that I didn't have the hardware to mount it on the car for which it was intended. I called Dale and intwo days the needed hardware was in my mailbox without charge. I cannot say how refreshing it is to find a store that offers expertise, advice without pressure and exemplary service. You can be sure that I will be back there.

Just find a good bike shop that will be kind and treat you right. Cheap isn't the answer. I'll pay more for great service every time!! This place is just not it.
