What a job Finch Jewelers has done! My fiancé (she said yes ) had a look of shock, horror, joy, and everything in between when she saw me down there with this ring. I can happily say that she was surprised! While working with Julia, she knew I wanted to capture something stunning, with a little twist but not too much, and with a beautiful complement of side diamonds but not too many, and to have the ring with plenty of time before the proposal, but not too much! I knew I wanted the ring without knowing exactly when I'd propose, but Julia worked with me every step of the way! Offering expert insight, her suggestions at each phase, and being willing to teach me about each detail with the ring and the diamond, especially the mounting! I am grateful for the time Julia spent helping me navigate a million different choices for the perfect ring to give the love of my life. Thank you to all of the special people at Finch Jewelers who take care of everyone else's special person! read more

Wonderful customer service. I took my dad here to have some links removed from his watch. They were happy to help and were quick and efficient. They didn't ignore us just because we weren't there to spend big bucks like some jewelers. While we waited, we wandered around and looked at all the shiny treasures. They have beautiful pieces there and it's easy to see why their reviews are so good. When I'm in the market for a unique piece of jewelry, they will get my return business. read more

Jessica Finch and team do fantastic work! Finch is the only place I go! The entire staff provides outstanding customer service and knows their customers by name. This time I had a ring that needed resized. The ring was handed down to me and taken to another jeweler first. I wish I had a before picture. When I received the ring it was not in the shape of a circle. I was told that the jeweler said there was no other way to size the ring down to fit me. Knowing that couldn't be right I took the ring to Jess. Today I picked it up and it's perfect! Fits like a glove! The band is seamless and even more beautiful than I imagined! read more

Locally owned and family run Finch is the place to go for any and all of your jewelry needs! They are top notch... They treat you like family with kind, friendly, very attentive service. They are always willing to do whatever possible to be of service. They back their products and their work fully. My Husband and I bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Finch 10 years ago and have continued to do business with them exclusively. I have heard far too many stories of horrible experiences (especially with the big chain stores like Kay) from people who give their money elsewhere. In 10 years I have never once had a single issue with my ring and they still look brand new. Finch also has a great in store selection! But if you can't find the perfect thing they do custom designs as well! Go see any of the wonderful folks at Finch- you'll feel great about your choice in staying local and love your purchase! read more

Outstanding! I cannot begin to express how perfect my experience was! To begin, before I knew anything about diamonds I bought one from a family friend. Turns out that diamond was chipped so clearly I overpaid. That sent me on a mission checking with countless jewelry stores all around Lancaster county. That is what makes me confident in leaving this review saying Finch is by far the best around! After countless hours and several days over about a two month period, Jess and the rest of the staff helped me design and make the perfect ring for my now fiancee. I couldn't be happier with my experience and my fiancee gets non stop compliments on her ring. Don't be like me and waste money elsewhere, come to Finch from the very beginning and get the best service and pricing around! read more

In October I email Finch Jewelers to inquire about a possible custom made piece of jewelry and to get more information. Jessica replies to a few of my emails but then stopped and told me just to come in the store if I want to discuss it further and she never gave me any details on price or what it may require. I went in on a Saturday and she was not there. At that time I also left a ring to get appraised and let them know I would be having a major surgery that week and the best way to contact me would be by email or by phone as I wouldn't be able to come in for a while. Fast forward to today January 7th and up until now I have not heard a thing from this establishment about either my ring I dropped off nor the custom jewelry pieces I had wanted to have made. I went to the store to pick up my ring today. I was treated with ugly looks and rude whispering comments as I was asking for my ring back which I had the claim ticket for all because I am assuming that I don't look like their typical clientele. About an hour or two later after I collected my ring and told them they will not be getting any business from me especially when it comes to custom pieces I received a voicemail from Jessica saying they are human and make mistakes. 3 months is not a mistake with no contact is NOT A MISTAKE! This is a rude business and I would not put any of your money to this establishment. They way they treat people is awful and degrading. read more

To make a long story short: The team at Finch Jewelers is outstanding and showed us perfect customer service and jewelry repair skills. My wife and I have an engagement ring and wedding band that had lots of damage due to a fraudulent jewelry repair facility that did the sizing and soldering improperly a few years ago. The rings' solder joint broke, and then literally broke at the sizing point on the shanks. The shanks themselves were thinned out excessively as well. My wife and I took our damaged rings all over the place in the attempts of finding a jewelry repair facility that gave us a comforting feeling that they would fix the damage properly, the first time. This was literally a process that took about a year and countless hours of research. We had been burned so badly by the first repair facility that we were overly cautious about who we'd take our rings to. We took our rings to Finch Jewelers and had Ron Finch take a look and tell us what his expert opinion was on how it needed repaired. He immediately took us to the work room and went through the entire process and pointed out what happened and how it needed repaired. The staff at the store made us comfortable and listened to all of our needs (and our overabundance of paranoid questions...). The treatment we received at Finch Jewelers was above and beyond what we experienced at all of the other repair facilities we had been to previously. We had Ron do the work and they had it finished on time, at the price quoted, and the final product was breathtaking. I'm an engineering program manager and let me tell you that nothing is better than hitting the big-three of Cost, Performance, and Schedule. This is the sign of quality, and you can't always find that. The rings came back as beautiful as the day we bought them and the ugly scars of the shoddy work done by the other jeweler disappeared. I couldn't say enough good things about Ron and Jessica Finch (and the rest of the staff who was also courteous). If you're looking for a reputable jewelry repair facility that can get the job done properly by certified professionals who have the ability to respectively explain how the process is done, take your rings to Finch Jewelers. read more

My husband has purchased some of the most beautiful jewelry from here, and we live in Philly - so he drives to Finch Jewelers in Lancaster due to finding better quality and pricing there as opposed to Jewelers Row in Philly. The lady he works with is Jess and she is absolutely wonderful and helpful. We always feel welcome here, they're not pushy at all, and customer service is great. Highly recommend. read more

I was totally overwhelmed trying to some how merge my engagement ring with a ring of my grandmother. Jess was so helpful and creative. She gave lots of ideas and worked to get something that fit my taste. She showed me digital mock ups of the different designs and even a 3D printed ring. The end result was exactly perfect and Finch had so many wedding band options to choose from to compliment it. Couldn't recommend them more! read more

If you haven't visited Jess at Finch Jewelers you need to. The new store is absolutely beautiful. Their unique layout allows you to see the designers working in the back. The selection is vast, and the pricing is well below anything you can find in the Mainline or Philadelphia. I drive over an hour from Philadelphia to shop here and it's worth it. Let's face it. Jewelry isn't cheap so you need to go with someone you can trust. It will save you time, frustration, and bottom line, money. read more

Finch Jewelers is an excellent and one of the premiere Jewelers in the area. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Finch and have never looked back. The service was beyond extraordinary. Jessica, her Dad and the rest of the Finch family did such a wonderful job in making us feel special. They were eager to help us with all our jewelry needs. They consistently went above and beyond in service and were always there to speak to when we had questions or concerns. My husband and I recently celebrated our four year anniversary. I look down at my hand and my unique ring evokes all the wonderful memories and decisions my husband and I have had over the past four years and hope to have as we move forward. When we were looking for my wedding band, I was looking for something a little more unique than what I could typically find in other jewelry locations. But once I walked into Finch, Jessica and her staff were determined to help me. They fortunately had a the wedding band I was looking for. It wasn't one they designed, but it was beautiful and I was thrilled. Six months after the purchase the white gold ring started to loose the while gold colour. We knew that this would happen with a while gold ring, but didn't think it would happen that quickly. We called Finch and they immediately suggested bringing it in so they could re-coat it, free of charge. Unfortunately, a year later the ring started to turn again and then one of the smaller diamonds fell out. Obviously frustrated, we called Finch again and spoke directly with Jessica. She apologized for this experience and explained that they strive to select pieces for their store that equate to the quality of their own beautiful pieces, but occasionally a ring they purchase doesn't turn out as they expected, at no fault of their own. Jessica was extremely sympathetic and helpful during this process. This is when their service went above and beyond anything I have yet to experience. Jessica spoke with her Father, and they agreed to remake the ring, using their materials, free of cost. My husband and I were shocked. We expected some assistant, but not this. They then made this beautiful ring I found, into an even more beautiful piece. It was exactly the same as the other one that we purchased, but the white gold was a better quality. They quickly remade the ring and returned into within the month. WOW is all I can still think! I just want to thank Jessica, her Dad and the rest of the Finch staff for a stellar example of what excellent service can be. They went well beyond what we ever expected and are eternally grateful. I recognize that a wedding band and rings are a materialistic possession and am grateful that I am lucky enough to have one. As I mentioned before, the wedding band for me reminds me all the reasons why I am chose the partner I did and all the wonderful and challenging times we have together. Marriage is challenging and exceptional all at the same time and my wedding band reminds me to be grateful every single day. So thank you Finch for being a part of that experience and for making yet another anniversary one to be so grateful for. I hope to be back soon for another purchase. read more
