As a reference, my mother never took her ring off, so I thought that's what you were to do. My wedding band wraps around my engagement ring. Over the years (28 this August) I lost 3 of the 4 rubies, and the last time I had it in for repair, I have pretty bad arthritis so I had it enlarged with a way to tighten it so it wouldn't come off, but fit over my knuckle. The previous jeweler only attached one side to the ring itself, and it cracked right in the center on the side that faces your palm, I guess is the way to describe it.. I do have before and after, but not of the crack. HIGHLY recommend! So happy with my ring!

Although David was preparing to leave, he stayed to repair (and clean) the chain for me...which was EXTREMELY thoughtful! David did an outstanding job and I cannot say how appreciative that was! When I first arrived, I was telling David and the very sweet lady at the front counter (unfortunately I forgot her name) that my husband passed away a few weeks ago and I really wanted to get this chain repaired for my son. This jewelry store deserves MORE than a five star rating! The ultimate providers of EXCELLENT customer service

Mark died last November, and I wanted something I could wear to remember him and stay within my strict budget. The design of my ring took time, but the result is stunning! I brought in a ruby I had on hand (we are both July babies), my first engagement ring, Mark's wedding ring, and numerous other pieces with small diamond chips. The diamond from my ring, a diamond from Mark's ring, the ruby, and most of the diamond chips from the other gold and silver jewelry I brought with me were used to create my ring. I will cherish this ring for the rest of my life. Thank you, Kristen and your wonderful staff, for a seamless experience! I will be back! Eileen Stefanowicz Mechanicsburg, PA

I brought in several things to repair and some rings to be sized, including a platinum band with…read moreten tiny diamonds that was my grandmother's. The ring had some sizing beads on the band, to keep it from twirling. They sized the ring and took the beads off. I gave it back to them to fix. They made it dangerously large and now the band is so thin I'm afraid it will break. it is still not the correct size. I paid for all my jewelry and left. At one point, I went back to get my watches and the counter person was convinced I had just picked them up. She demanded I show her everything I just picked up. She didn't ask the other person who waited on me to see if she gave me the watches (4 minutes prior). Finally she looked in the back and brought out my watches, no apology for her mistake. I sent them an email asking to be repaid for the diamond band and no response from them. They still owe me over $200. Do not ask them to do custom work!! They also stretched a gold wedding band (jeweler told me they did have a machine to stretch rings) that messed up engraving. I was very clear I wanted to preserve engraving.
