Originally my mother found this boutique after hearing how great the quality of the work here was. She was very particular about where she wanted to have her diamond in her engagement ring set in a different band. She was so happy with the work that she has told many of her friends about the store and both myself and my mother continue to shop here. This was my first visit to Gem Boutique. What a GREAT experience! I was given some sterling silver tableware that belonged to a recently passed relative which I wanted to sell. It was a sensitive subject and I was a little nervous about the exchange. I must say, I was immediately made at home by the ladies the moment I arrived. I was treated as a valuable customer even though they knew nothing about my reason for stopping in. In addition to buying my silver, they helped me with some watches and some lose fitting rings. My fiancé and I are absolutely amazed by Jin Jou's work at Gem Boutique. My family has been going to her for years and I've always dreamed of getting an engagement ring from her. She is so easy to work with and gives honest feedback about all of her gems and materials that really helped us make the perfect informed decision. She had such a variety of diamonds and other gemstones that she showed us and we went with a pear cut with a platinum band. Something that helped us make our decision was her creating a rough mold for us to see the band before she finalized it with the diamond and we were able to make any changes we needed to match our vision. Two weeks ago I was visiting friends in York, pa. We visited this jewelry store Gem Boutique. Jin joy was cleaning my diamond ring that I inherited from my aunt, and saw some flaws in the setting. I have raked about getting it reset fir 10 years , she showed me some beautiful sapphires to go along side the diamond which is what I wanted . After we paid for it and left , I thought what did I just do, I don't know these people and I left my ring there! Well we picked up the ring and it is just beautiful! Jin jou did an amazing job!
