We explained that we would not be buying that day, and Amy thought that was a good idea. She showed us what was available, made suggestions on metals, informed of what could be shipped in, and made us feel comfortable in our decision to see what was out there. My fiance and I then returned to Gipprich Jewelers to look through the titanium catalogs for his wedding band. He found a few designs that he liked, but wanted to see and try them on first. Amy took down the numbers and called within the week to let us know they were in. When we went in to try on the bands, Amy was not there. The young lady that was there was wonderful (I wish I could remember her name) and understood that we previously had been working with Amy. We still did not feel any pressure to buy or to rush. My fiance took his time trying on the various styles that they ordered in for him. My fiance picked out the one he really liked, but the young lady informed us that it came in two different widths. My fiance wanted to make sure that he was getting the perfect ring since he will be wearing it forever; therefore, he asked if the other width could be brought in to try on. Within the week, both widths were in the store to try on. Richard was the one to help us when my fiance and I came in to make the final decision on his ring. Again, we did not feel any pressure and he did give my fiance a few good pointers about the ring and the width. My fiance then picked the width and we were able to buy it right then. Since my fiance picked out his wedding band, it was time to get mine. Previously, Amy had found the perfect band for my engagement ring. Since Amy was busy with other customers, Richard tried his best to find the ring Amy had previously shown me, but did not succeed. He quoted me for the wrong ring and we left without mine that day. The next day, my fiance tells me that Amy from Gipprich Jewelers left a message on his phone telling him that she found the ring that she had previously shown me. I went in later that week and Richard was there. He was very pleasant still and was glad that Amy found my ring, called my fiance, and that I was now happy with the ring I always planned on buying. I would strongly recommend Gipprich Jewelers. They have the best prices around; my fiance and I spent under $200 for our wedding bands! They are a wonderful group of people that know their trade and are honest. And, It is a no pressure environment.

Today I took my watch to Brent Miller in Lancaster they have a sterling reputation. Their watchmaker opened up my watch they said it looks like it never been serviced the inside was dirty and is both gaining and losing time and the gasket which is supposed to be replaced so it remains waterproof was the original gasket that was in the watch and never been replaced. I cannot say enough negative things about Leitzel's Jewelry, they completely screwed me and had me pay a couple of hundred bucks for either shoddy work and lied and didn't do the work. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
