They wanted to charge $10 to get the 2nd one also attached. The only additional effort was a spark from the welder they already had out. My arm was already there, the person was already doing it for the one I paid $60 for. I've shopped multiple times here over the years, but never again. There was no extra cost to the store to weld the 2nd bracelet. Customer service is more than just a hello when you walk in. Don't visit unless you want to pay extra for service you can easily find elsewhere.

Today I took my watch to Brent Miller in Lancaster they have a sterling reputation. Their watchmaker opened up my watch they said it looks like it never been serviced the inside was dirty and is both gaining and losing time and the gasket which is supposed to be replaced so it remains waterproof was the original gasket that was in the watch and never been replaced. I cannot say enough negative things about Leitzel's Jewelry, they completely screwed me and had me pay a couple of hundred bucks for either shoddy work and lied and didn't do the work. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

They were accommodating when my credit card had issues and went out of their way to make sure they saved my ring so that I could pick it up a few days later. Then, they had it sized for me within the hour. I've had a few rings sized by Andy and they always come out great, and he gets them back to you right away. A few years ago, he created a custom wedding band for my father that included my moms old engagement stone that was out of this world. What an awesome local business.
