After about a 15 minute wait, we were introduced to the client advisor, Natalie. Natalie was kind, attentive and within minutes showed us the perfect watch, on a ipad, for the graduation gift. Unfortunately the watch was not in the store but she promised to have it delivered the next day. We made an appointment to come back the next day, of course we encountered the same unpleasant security person but we had an appointment this time. Before I could take a seat Natalie ushered me to a beautiful space within the store to show me the watch, it was beautiful and she gift wrapped it for us.
