Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The young man working in the store seemed about as disinterested in helping us as possible--more focused on playing his video games than assisting customers as we browsed. Overall, it wasn't what I had hoped for. That said, based on all the positive reviews, I'd probably give it one more try during the week when I believe the owner is there. But I can say for sure--I won't be stopping in again on a Sunday.

Whether I am going into the store to pick up a specific piece, purchase for my wife, or just simply shop around; the staff and ownership is always helpful friendly and informative. I do feel you cannot put a price on excellent customer service. It's extremely refreshing in a market where it's not as common to find these days. On top of buying, my wife has had her rings serviced here as well. The service dept. is as good as the boutique. Her jewelry has come back in a timely manner and better than it was when we dropped it off. Service rates are extremely fair as well. So whether it is purchasing jewelry, presents, time pieces, or getting service work done, VMB has been an amazing pleasure to deal with. We will continue to shop there and thankful for such a great business that we can support as customers.

Today I took my watch to Brent Miller in Lancaster they have a sterling reputation. Their watchmaker opened up my watch they said it looks like it never been serviced the inside was dirty and is both gaining and losing time and the gasket which is supposed to be replaced so it remains waterproof was the original gasket that was in the watch and never been replaced. I cannot say enough negative things about Leitzel's Jewelry, they completely screwed me and had me pay a couple of hundred bucks for either shoddy work and lied and didn't do the work. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

What the heck does the diamonds have to do with the metal? She said return the set and get a smaller size! If I wanted to do that I wouldn't be in your store! I'm not even sure what size I now wear!
