They called on 4/16 with the estimate (lower than I expected) and were told it would take about a month to repair. I approved the repair. I got a call on 4/27 that the repair was complete, and at the cost of the estimate. I picked up the watch on 4/30, very happy with the repair work. I did read all the available reviews about them on Yelp, but the good far outweighed the bad, and based on my experience, I'm happy to add to the great reviews. Thanks Time After Time!
