I had an Armitron watch that had failed under warranty. I contacted Louis-Neil Watchmakers after a different watchmaker recommended by Armitron refused to do the warranty repair unless I provided my credit card number, telling me that it would be unusual if the full cost of the repair would be fully covered under warranty. In contrast, Louis-Neil Watchmakers did not request my credit card number, performed the repair and returned the watch to me in a timely matter.
