I am attending a wedding in November and planned on just wearing my old prom dress. From the moment I entered the store I was amazed at how beautiful all the gowns were! Yelitza immediately greeted me and went above and beyond helping me find beautiful options to wear. She was so kind and caring and really knew her stuff!!!!!! She assisted me with trying on 4 different dresses and I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on! It's funny because when I walked in the store she happen to have it in her hands putting it away! I instantly said hey that dress is beautiful and it happen to be my size and everything!!!! She even took photos of me in each gown so I could compare and contrast! Yelitza made my shopping experience extremely rewarding and fun! She even helped me look at jewelry to match and came up with great ideas for my hair and makeup. I can't thank her enough for the experience I had in the store. She is such a beautiful person and I can't wait to buy more dresses here from her in the future!!!!!! Sincerely, JK

My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.

I do not like trying on clothes/undergarments, etc. Sandra made it comfortable and (since I had made an appointment) I was the sole customer shopping. I learned that there is much more flexibility in sizing with European bras. Also, I finally found a strapless bra that will replace my nine poorly-fitting bras. Sandra is not pushy in any way regarding sales. She is honest about how garments look. I felt extremely comfortable with her immediately. In addition to beautiful intimate apparel, Sandra's pup is very sweet and well-behaved. I think I found a new very favorite place to shop!

I accompanied a close friend to her appointment. There was a handicap ramp to the door and I appreciated that greatly as I am currently using a walker. Yesterday, we showed up early for our appointment. We were greeted by Leslie M., Bridal Consultant. She is very kind (and got used to my fidgety ADHD wandering quite quickly). I was extremely impressed that Leslie showed many ways my friend could have more coverage on her back if she decided to. It was so much fun. By 4:45 my friend said "yes to the dress." Leslie made the appointment feel so special for me and my mom by giving us her full attention with the entire boutique reserved just for us. She even went out of her way to schedule the visit over a holiday break, knowing I wasn't living in the area. During the appointment, Leslie listened to my preferences and pulled a variety of dresses that matched my vision. She never pressured me to commit and encouraged me to take plenty of photos. The first dress I tried on ended up being "the one," but I didn't commit right away. I was upfront about having another appointment at a different boutique the next day, and Leslie was completely understanding. When I called back the following day to confirm my decision, she was just as supportive as she had been in person. Several months later, when it was time to pick up the dress, Leslie went above and beyond again. I had reached out to ask if the dress might arrive in time for a spring vacation when I'd be in the area. She personally paid for express shipping and even opened the store on her day off so I could try it on. While I was there, she also found a veil that matched my dress perfectly and arranged to order it for me. I have absolutely no complaints about the entire process. Leslie made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. I'm not someone who typically wears dresses or ever fantasized about a wedding gown, but thanks to her, I found one that felt perfect.
