We would rather forfeit the deposit than give this business one more dime. The appointment occurred midday Saturday. We called Monday morning to cancel. Susan refused, stating that all sales are final--despite the fact that the sale was not final, as no full payment had been made. Rather than acknowledge the situation or her team's conduct, she defaulted to a contract designed to shield herself from accountability. Throughout this experience, Susan, the owner, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. When I stated we had no choice but to leave a negative review, her response was, "I understand, a lot of people have done that." That dismissiveness speaks louder than any explanation ever could. You'll likely be fine here if everything goes perfectly. But if something goes wrong--if you feel pressured, exposed, or disrespected--do not expect support or fairness. I returned the garment and she agreed was not tailored well. I requested they just remove the stitching. I requested my refund as I repeatedly told them to just run a seem in the back. Now they will not return my money. They are not tailors. They are now trying to say I never instructed them to do a seam in the back. They are lying. ​
