If I knew that was gonna be the price I would've just thrown the dress away and gotten another one considering that's how much I spent on the dress in the first place. This was my first time using the dry cleaners because the dress said dry clean only, and since it was my graduation dress I didn't want to mess it up. But considering how much money was spent I should have tried to clean it myself. I rate a 2/5 because although the dress is clean, the price is ridiculous in my opinion and each time they called me I was getting ready for work or at work and instead of waiting for a call back they just came to pick it up and I had to rush upstairs to get it (why give a time window and just call and show up without a response) and drop it off without knowing if I was home or not... a family member had to pay for it since I was at work since they dropped it off late night at 6pm... Since this was my first time using the dry cleaners it's sad to say it wasn't a good experience. I always try to support small businesses, but not when it feels like they're trying to get a one over. I found another dry cleaner that priced the cleaning at $20... ultimately just super annoyed I paid the price of 2 dresses.

The woman there understood and was in agreement with what I was saying -- but -- she did not stand against the man. I will NEVER, EVER go to Sun Dry Cleaners on Union Blvd. again. In addition to this, the man was rude and tried to speak in a condescending manner. This was my first and last time at this place of business.
