Having to wait a week in between each visit for the next available appointment. They never apologized and said it was because they have so many prom dresses to do. They did try to fix it. In the end, it was not perfect but hard to notice the imperfection. They offered to clean it after prom. Everyone there spoke professionally and welcoming, I was really hoping to love it here because we have 2 more dresses in need of alterations. This was my experience which made my daughter anxious about her prom dress. If you go here just make sure it's not too close to the date you need the dress for.
