I have been a patron of this establishment for over 6 years and until now I have always been…read moresatisfied with their level of professionalism and service. I brought a comforter to be cleaned and during the cleaning process the material inside of it had become displaced and the stitching came loose. I did not discover this until I spread it out on my bed. I brought it back and spoke to the owner and was extremely disappointed with her response to the situation. She took no responsibility and offered no form of compensation. I asked her why after they saw the damage they didn't advise me of the problem, why did they just wrap the comforter and take my money. She just shrugged and said it wasn't their fault. It saddens me that she would so easily dismiss a loyal customer that she sees at least twice a month. The short sightedness of her action to such a small problem gives no indication that they would be able or willing to address larger concerns. I'm sure many will have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business and its owner and until today I was one of them. Our true nature is shown when we take accountability for our actions, or fail in that process. For those of you who continue to use this cleaners I pray you don't find yourself wondering "why didn't I listen?". God Bless and may all of us get what we deserve.

The woman who apparently runs the place is rude, dismissive and condescending. She even scolded me for asking for same day service (something that many people need from time to time and expect from a dry cleaner). Also, fairly pricey, but they are in a high rent shopping center, nonetheless, out of line with the neighborhood. There are not a lot of alternatives nearby, but I certainly will be driving to avoid this nasty woman and her shop.

The store appears to have new equipment and was very clean. Sun quoted a price for my winter coat and said it would be ready in 3 days, at which time they would text me. They ended up texting me two days earlier than promised. Sun again greeted me and thanked me for being a new customer. My coat was cleaned just as expected. While the price was a few dollars more than I've paid at other places, the excellent customer service and friendliness of owners will keep me coming back.
