Yelitza immediately greeted me and went above and beyond helping me find beautiful options to wear. She was so kind and caring and really knew her stuff!!!!!! She assisted me with trying on 4 different dresses and I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on! It's funny because when I walked in the store she happen to have it in her hands putting it away! I instantly said hey that dress is beautiful and it happen to be my size and everything!!!! She even took photos of me in each gown so I could compare and contrast! Yelitza made my shopping experience extremely rewarding and fun! My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.

I assumed David's would have all styles and silhouettes (they sort of do, but the stylist wasn't pulling dresses in all silhouette like I asked.) The associates are nice enough, they have a good amount of dresses, but all of the dresses they have are very cookie cutter. Everyone has mixed experiences here, but in my experience it's just for exploring the different styles of dresses. It's also incredibly hot in there, and they make you wear a slip underneath all of the dresses. I recommend bringing water and even a hand fan if you're going while it's higher than 50° outside.

Susan refused, stating that all sales are final--despite the fact that the sale was not final, as no full payment had been made. Rather than acknowledge the situation or her team's conduct, she defaulted to a contract designed to shield herself from accountability. Throughout this experience, Susan, the owner, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. When I stated we had no choice but to leave a negative review, her response was, "I understand, a lot of people have done that." That dismissiveness speaks louder than any explanation ever could. You'll likely be fine here if everything goes perfectly. But if something goes wrong--if you feel pressured, exposed, or disrespected--do not expect support or fairness.
