Owners are friendly although both speak limited English. The price is reasonable. They do an ok job with wash and press. But do not EVER let them dry clean ANYTHiNG -do it at your own risk. Anything from wool pants, wool blazer, knit and sweater of any material and even silk blouse is shrunk by one size. For the longest time, we could not prove beyond reasonable doubt because after the clothing was shrunk, there was no evidence to show how it used to fit. We thought there was always the possibility we gained a few pounds. We continued to go there for almost two years because they were polite.
Then one day I bought two brilliant solid-colored silk blouses of the same style and size but different color and unintentionally had them dry clean one of them. After the blouse was dry cleaned , I wanted to cry. The luster of the color was gone. When I laid the dry cleaned blouse over the one that has not been dry cleaned, it is shorter and narrower by more than one inch, at least one size smaller. proving Sun Dry Clean is the culprit. I could not fit into the shrunk blouse anymore. We estimated we lost close to a thousand dollars of clothing in their hands.
When we confronted them, they denied any wrongdoing.
We are absolutely sure we cannot be the only victims. They ruined enough quantity of our clothing over the years that many other customers must have the same problem. We just wanted to share our experiences so you will not be the next victim. They are not malicious people. They simply do not know how to dry clean nor should they be in the business of dry clean. read more
