AWFUL QUALITY SHOES. I purchased tap shoes from here for a here a month ago, used them in a…read morebeginner tap class FOUR times (45 min classes) and the tap plates were loose already. My dance teacher took at look at my shoes and was appalled at how poor quality they were (even though I paid 45 dollars). (The brand is SoDanca) The soles in the shoes are so thin that the metal tap plates stick through and cause immense discomfort when dancing. The plates also don't cover the entire bottom of the shoe so dancing is difficult. It's also IMPOSSIBLE to tighten the plates and once they're loose you need new shoes because, as the owner says, "what did you expect when you bought the cheap pair?" I expect them to last longer than FOUR classes, especially when the owner tells us they are "perfect for beginners." I was never told this pair was "cheap" and wouldn't last long before I purchased, and they only have small unnoticeable signs in the store that I have found months later added 20 dollars to these "cheap shoes" I purchased. The small signs also state that returns are only valid 14 days, however in person the owner said all sales are final, so they do whatever they want to do. I have come to the store in person (I do not live close) over four times in order to attempt to get a refund or store credit, however it has taken weeks just for them to send the "cheap shoes" back to the manufacturer to decide if they are broken or not, and then we would be able to know what our options are. Finally, after days of stress I demanded the new pair of the "cheap shoes" so I could deal with my mistake and never return. While waiting in the store, the voice mail plays audio of a women confused as to why her daughters point shoes are not good quality as her dance instructor has said. So clearly these people are selling poor quality shoes for outrageous prices and getting away with it. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE.

Had shoes made in March 2020 for my wedding that was supposed to be in September 2020. Well…read more.. pandemic. When I got them from my mom (I live out of state) they were a completely different color from the piece of reference material I provided. if I could attach a photo I would. Happy to share it with any and all. I called to discuss this, but at this point the pandemic had shut everything down. I totally understand that, and figured when they opened back up they would call or we would go in. Never got a call back. My mother was just vaccinated and could finally go in person. When we took them in she was told 1) They were the exact same color. They are not at all. 2) They looked like they had been worn. They were not. They sat in the box they came in for a year in her air conditioned closet. 3) There was nothing they could do. Trying to fix the color would ruin the lace overlay and they will not give us our money back. They also wouldn't keep the shoes with no refund in case I "changed my mind". I understand this has been a hard year, I've had one too, we all have. There were so many different ways this could have been handled, and none of them were chosen. While I gave every leeway and benefit of the doubt in this hard time I was met with "there is nothing we can do." Instead I am left with something that is completely incorrect, feeling like I have been ripped off in addition to all the fun of having to cancel my wedding last year. Please, spare yourself and go anywhere but here.

He listend to what I wanted and helped me choose the right shoes for my dress. I asked him to add a little rhinestones to the shoes and dye them accordingly. I loved the shoes he made. He also spent a lot of time adding padding and ensuring that they fit comfortably. He also added the "I do" on the bottoms and "Me too" to my husband's shoes. I lasted in the shoes more than halfway through the wedding before changing into my back up flats. I had brought him other shoes for him to add padding and make them fit better and he made them fit my feet perfectly and didn't charge me extra. Overall, I highly recommend all brides check out this store for comfortable and very reasonably priced shoes.
