A woman with long blonde hair helped me, I believe her name was Amanda. I told her was i was looking for and she seemed unhappy to be helping me. I looked at a few lip shades and she seemed annoyed when I asked to look at different shades. I told her I wasn't sure if I would be buying anything and she rolled her eyes and said that I need to make a choice, when I decided to not purchase anything from her, she said wow I could've been helping someone else under her breath. I have never experienced this kind of service. I decided to leave because I felt very uncomfortable and like an inconvenience. I was stopped by Debroah in Clinique on my way out and she turned my whole mood around. She showed me many samples and helped me pick the perfect shade of lip stick. I would give this place 0 stars but Debroah made it worth 2 stars. Nice to know there is at least someone who is happy to be there and cares for the customers.

I am very disappointed. I went to Penney's to find a Cleveland Indians t-shirt for the wildcard…read moregame on Wednesday, October 2nd. I was happy that they had a few shirts (this is why they got 2 stars). They were good quality and on sale for 20% off of the JC Penney price of $35.00. I thought I was getting a good deal. When I got home I noticed the JC Penney price tag was over the original price tag so I peeled it off. The original price was blacked out. I peeled the original price tag off and I could clearly make out the price. It was $28.00. They marked up their prices and then discounted for the sale. The total came out to be the original $28.00. I wish I would have gone to Dicks Sporting Goods and got the same exact shirt on sale for $22.40. I would be very cautious buying items on sale if there is a price tag over the original sticker price. You may find that JC Penney is over charging you.

That would be great. Everybody go visit your local mall. Support them and keep them alive. Someday I'd love to be able to give them a 5 stars.
