Stopped taking cash at the self scans. Only has one open register for people using cash. Slowest cashier running it. The line was 10 people deep the entire time I was there. Popped in for a quick stop and this location is not quick. Customers already have to walk around all the stock that is just sitting in the aisles blocking everything. Its sad when people in line are saying that Walmart is better. read more

I had an 11am appointment to update Sim card in my new phone just purchased. Another person was there waiting. Your rep said he was first not me I said I had app. He said basically too bad he first. Why have appointments is my question. I waited 77 minutes before I got my appointment. This is not the way to do it! I asked a manager that said wait he first. Again why appointment? Moms needs a garlic press - and some other items, so after dinner we continued our "Tour de Mentor Ave Mega Box Store Strip" with a visit to Target. The parking lot is a zoo - people are weirdly competitive, it made me feel like I was at Berkeley Bowl! The Target is a Target like any others - no big surprises. Tidy and clean, not a mess like the one in San Leandro (sorry, SL - I was not impressed). And - so - brightly - lit! I needed to bring my sunglasses in from the moving truck just to get out without retina damage! Basic big box - you know what they have and they have lots of it. read more

Target is the kind of store that you can always find something that you need, or don't need. I find Target to be a happy store, where you can get distracted looking at fun candy or home goods. If you are a clearance shopper, Target has great 90% off clearances typically 5 days after holidays like Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter. I wish this was a super Target, but overall I enjoy going to this Target. I like using the self check out here. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would, because this was absolutely ridiculous. My sister had lost her phone and we were calling it and after a while it was going straight to voice mail. Even though it was at 88% so it was not dead. That was a sign that someone stole it. Knowing this we go to customer services they threw us in a circle and were not helpful at all. So since they were not helping us we started asking people if they have seen it. Towards the end of asking people and noticing a person was acting suspicious the manager had told us not to ask people and started to give us an attitude, saying her customers would never do that. However, we had checked the entire store and every place we had been. All the while they were very unhelpful and avoiding the issue. I am not one to comment negatively for any reason, but after this event I am furious and hope everyone is aware. Not supportive, very rude, never coming back to this place ever again. read more

One of my favorite stores! The staff is always friendly, and I typically always have staff asking if I need any help. I say this because usually it's hard to find someone when you need them at other establishments so that's a nice change :). When it's departments are well organized and they do a great job at keeping items stocked, so I find myself here quite often. The Starbucks also makes a great addition to this store! That in itself can be its own review, just as you walk in your greater by some of the friendliest baristas whom I have became a regular with. It's bad when they know what you want before you do lol :p I also will hit on the pharmacy because they make things personal, they know you by name, which is awesome you are not just some random shopper they take the time to answer your questions (no matter how stupid) Overall I can't ask for a better shopping experience, I have yet to be disappointed by this store, and don't think I will [fingers crossed] read more

I bought an outfit that I spent 100 dollars on. The dressing rooms were closed which is understandable. I went home and tried on the shirt and it's too small. They said I needed to wait 12 days to return it. I think that they should have disinfectant spray or stop selling clothes all together during this time. I haven't been to a target in over a decade anyway and I will never go back ever again. This place is ridiculous. In 12 days I could potentially get sick and then I won't be able to return the shirt. The employee was very rude she wouldn't let us bounce tennis balls outside the store. That was one of the many bad experiences at target.

On Friday 7/10/20 my wife and I were there buying a diaper bag. When I got to the counter, a very rude worker aggressively asked me to open the diaper bag, telling me, "it's not that I think you're stealing something," and assuring me they check all big bags in the store. Well, I was looking around at all of the women carrying huge purses, wondering why they weren't being embarrassed and put on the spot to open their bags. That is the last time you guys get our money. That was absolutely humiliating because everyone around me broke their necks to look at me and give me dirty looks for no reason whatsoever. read more

I think this Target is my home away from home! This is one of the cleanest Targets I have been in. They have groceries so you can save on food as well. Only bad thing is is that they don't have all the food I need there. I can find a lot of the everyday stuff. Also have to check out their on sale spots! Just found $140 desk for $40!!! I show at this Target quite often and I always leave with atleast one good find. This time it was turkey pepperoni for 2.50. Cheap! The parking lot is a bit much sometimes and is set up weird, but I am willing to overlook it. There clothes are cuter than most department stores i think and only a tiny bit more expensive. The store is always clean and tidy every time I go and that's important. It is also easier to find help than other big stores. Overall I will continue to shop here. read more

Target itself is fantastic, myself and family go there all the time the staff is great... Well minus Paige (I believe that's her name) in Starbucks. She is so cold and rude whenever you go up to order your drink, she cuts you off, doesn't smile, and looks like you are bothering her and wasting her time when she is the one that signed up for the job and is getting paid to be there. If you are putting yourself in that position you can at least smile at your customers. I was just in today ordering a drink and I turned to my grandmother to ask if she would like something and I did not here Paige ask "sweet or unsweet" I apologized and she kept frowning and said very rude and blunt, "sweet or unsweet" I stood in shock like I was being scolded. That is no way to talk to anyone no matter where you work, it radiates off of her that she hates her job she brings a negitive energy to target. I have had her a couple of times and so has my mother and sister, and they both talk about the target Starbucks girl that is so rude and looks like she hates her job, I finally got her name today, because this was just uncalled for. I would of said something to her, but the line was so long today. I normally don't write reviews and it's so dumb that I am writing a review about something so small, but something has to be done, because target is such a great place with such great people and this situation is not positive.
