As soon as we ventured to the suit area I walked up to Chris for assistance. He immediately gave us the suit jacket size and gave us the run down on suits. Basically no suit is the same and each has it's on personality ( fit,style, cut). Chris was attentive and patient. Once the suit was chosen we were sent to go try it on and get measured for alterations. The alterations lady was able to accommodate with a quick turn around time for a very small fee. Once he was all fitted we had to tackle the shirt/tie situation. Chris had a shirt and tie laid out for us. The service we received at this location was excellent and I would recommend this store to anyone.

I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

No explanation just it's not happening. Stopped it this morning to drop off my items to sell. I was told the wait would be an hour..... after I did not receive a text for over two hours. I headed to the location only to find out that they were backed up and it would be maybe another hour or more. Now, since most people don't spend their entire day , waiting for their goods to be evaluated by Plato's closet.... I just asked for my bag of clothes back. At this stage, when I receive my bag, I noticed that the clothes that I had put into the bag were not all there. I told them that there was a dress missing and at first I was dismissed, later on when I described exactly the size and makeup the dress it was found in some other customers bag!! There was lots to look through, and it seemed that most articles were about half or more off retail. There's a fair amount of Forever 21/Shein type clothing in the store that's still being sold for a little less than what it would have been sold new. There is also a good amount of nicer branded stuff like Northface and Nike but they are priced significantly higher. I walked out with some new VS leggings and a lightly worn Nike hoodie for $25, which wasn't too bad in my opinion. Worth a visit again in the future! Here I have found vinyl gloves, greeting cards and napkins in original packaging, four water proof patches for my phone which I tested and they all prevented water during snorkeling. Now it is 3 business days later and the order did not even process yet, let alone ship. I shipped to store to expedite it but they did not even process the order for expedited shipping. They do not know what they are doing. They act helpful, but now I am racing around trying to cancel an order and I will be lowering my review and posting to many more sites if I do not get a full refund. When I used the chat on the customer service line, I was given that the order was processed after their cut off time (it was done by 4pm on a friday - 4pm EST at that), they do not process orders on the weekend, and standard shipping is 3-8 business days from there. So anyone working at a store would know all that - yet they still told me it would get there. Then the chat agent said that store operations and corporate operations are separate. Well - your customers do not care they are separate - you give your customers an expectation and then do not deliver a seemless customer experience because store and corp are separate - that is your issue - not the customers. They said they cannot change the shipping rate since its processing. That is BS. Because once it ships you would say the same thing. Finally when I asked to escalate to a manager - the agent said all they can do is put me in a queue requesting a call back, but they cannot give me an estimate on how many DAYS that would take. DAYS. What world are we living in? People are mean, customer service does nothing to serve their customers, everything is expensive yet nothing is worth it and then on top of that, they do not care to do anything to help customers. Only follow their robotic scripts.
