As soon as we ventured to the suit area I walked up to Chris for assistance. He immediately gave us the suit jacket size and gave us the run down on suits. Basically no suit is the same and each has it's on personality ( fit,style, cut). Chris was attentive and patient. Once the suit was chosen we were sent to go try it on and get measured for alterations. The alterations lady was able to accommodate with a quick turn around time for a very small fee. Once he was all fitted we had to tackle the shirt/tie situation. Chris had a shirt and tie laid out for us. The service we received at this location was excellent and I would recommend this store to anyone.

I went in the store and not only were the girls at the counter rude and standoffish, but I had to keep asking them how the processes worked because they refused to communicate. After an oddly brief looked through of my items, they claimed that my items were "outdated" and unsellable?? I'm pretty sure 6 months isn't outdated? Plus isn't this a thrift store? It was condescending and an unnecessary thing to say to anyone. even if my clothes had been older than they were. Honesty hire better staff and outline a better procedure for what sellers should expect. But I highly doubt that will happen with this place. The owner of the store doesn't do too well with constructive criticism, as seen in her response to this review from a few months ago. Plus I have a feeling she deletes other negative reviews. I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

Taalis is insanely rude and quite frankly weird. She also said to one of my friends who she rung out before me that my other friend and I seemed "physically dyslexic, which is insanely rude and out of pocket. She said we have no communication skills and honesty when you are that weird and rude to customers no wonder they dont want to engage with you. My two friends and I were trying on shoes and my friend asked if they had another size to which taalis responsed with "well if you dont take off your socks you arent getting another size" like im sorry what?? She was so adamant that we take off our socks and not in a joking way either. She is rude, invasive and quite frankly made us extremely uncomfortable with the uncalled for comments on our bodies. The manager was standing next to her the whole time and even had the audacity to give me a weird look when I called her out on the comments on my friends and I's bodies. I work retail too so I understand trying to be engaging and funny however this was not okay and Taalis needs to be punished if not fired.

Look at the orange shirt I got! I also got jeans to go along with it spending around $40. The inventory is pretty well stocked and the store is clean. I decided to park by Nordstrom instead. I just saw a pic that there was a shooting here back in March of 2018, that's scary. It's rather dead in the shopping center and there's not a lot of cool stores to look at, that's unique. I think the biggest concentration of people would be in the food court area. There's quite a few empty kiosks and stores as well. A sign that shopping centers have dwindled in popularity?
