As soon as we ventured to the suit area I walked up to Chris for assistance. He immediately gave us the suit jacket size and gave us the run down on suits. Basically no suit is the same and each has it's on personality ( fit,style, cut). Chris was attentive and patient. Once the suit was chosen we were sent to go try it on and get measured for alterations. The alterations lady was able to accommodate with a quick turn around time for a very small fee. Once he was all fitted we had to tackle the shirt/tie situation. Chris had a shirt and tie laid out for us. The service we received at this location was excellent and I would recommend this store to anyone.

I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

After 5-6 weeks I called to check on the status, especially since it's started to snow. Fist I was told to call back in 10 minutes so they could check for me. I waited 30 minutes before I called back, then I was told they had to check and call me back. When I Finally received a call back I was told I could come in for a fitting! To my dismay when I got to the store my coat looked exactly the same! That's when David Schwartz very rudely told me to get out my paperwork and read it. The funny thing is, it only has measurements. He was super rude and even told me how long ago I'd bought my coat. Funny thing is they don't care about that when they're calling every year to harass you about cleaning and storage.

The sole of the shoe is now detaching, so I sent them back with the original receipt and confirmation number as I have done with other shoes in the past from L.L. Bean (THE big reason I shop there is for the lifetime guarantee). Sadly, Cindy from L.L.Bean Repairs Customer Service Rep said, " We can't fix your shoes because they are not boots". I investigated and found that as of this year they are no longer honoring their lifetime shoe guarantees. I am so disappointed that they are not sticking to their word when they sold these to me. It's more of a moral issue for me than anything. It's deceiving and wrong. I won't be shopping at this store any more. What a shame.
