I love to stop in Marshall's in different cities. This was a great pop in. I use Nail reformation press on nails and I only find them here. They had several designs I haven't saw so I grabbed those and it was a happy shopping moment!

You're probably thinking "are you crazy? Five stars for a Marshall's?" Yes, it's true. This is the nicest, biggest, most stocked and organized Marshall's I've ever visited. Staff was straightening and cleaning continuously the entire time I was there. And it seemed like normal practice with the supervisor on the floor helping out. So much stock, racks and racks of clothing deals all sorted by size. Tons of shoes, coats, kids, kitchen gadgets, luggage, beauty, sweaters, purses, etc... I found 3 plus size tops and a nice midweight jacket. If I'd bought too much more stuff, I'd have to buy another suitcase to take it home. The cashier was so friendly and sweet, she made spending money delightful.

Wonderful selection of different items clothing, shoes, exercise equipment, houseware and so much more. Always busy with a long line, but it goes quickly. Kateia was my cashier and she was incredibly friendly, smiling and talkative! Appears as a lovely rep for the company, which nowadays I seem to run into grumpier cashiers constantly . Kateia, thank you for your friendliness! I bought 4 jeans and I'm too lazy to try them on. I have 30 days to return but 3 will go back quickly. I bought their Democracy jeans and love them! $35 was a steal! Great experience, Marshall's !

It seems every Marshall's I've been to has a good selection of product in one area. Meaning there are some stores that have a really good selection of shoes whereas other stores might do better with carrying houseware products. This store seems to do well in baby clothes and products while the other departments seem sparse in comparison. If you are looking for a baby shower gift, you might find something here. Or if you have kids, nieces, nephews or little cousins that seem to be growing too fast and you don't want to spend a lot of money on clothes, you might want to stop by here. Unlike some other Marshall's this store isn't junky. In fact I couldn't tell if they were just low on inventory or normally stay pretty lean at this store. The only drawback for me is that this store is located on the lower level of the building, which gives off a basement feel. I prefer to shop where natural sunlight can come through windows as you can see the product (or any defects) better in the natural light.

This store gets busy! Each time I've been there the lines are super long but they have at least 6 cashiers open and it goes pretty fast. The cashiers have all been really nice. Good selection!

Not as much variety as I would love to see. The shelves where a bit more unorganized that what I would find easy to navigate.

Poor seller experience. Such a bad experience that I'm pulling the few items I sent. I sent them 4…read moreitems and one sold. You only get 20% if it sells for under $100. My item started at over that but TRR lowers the prices very quickly and often! The sale left me with $17. But they charge $12.50 for the check fee!! This wasn't disclosed anywhere and I can't even find other options to see if I can get payment with no fees! This seems like a calculated scam to take more money as that's a ridiculous amount for a check fee! I only made $4.30 on a sale. It's NOT worth it! I'm so angry about this! I wish I had read more reviews about the selling side before I tried it. Lesson learned I guess. Unless you're selling a $5000 item and okay with getting a couple hundred for it, I DO NOT recommend trying to sell through here! And based on the selling reviews on here, even if your items are worth that much, looks like you'll still have issues. TRR...you should be ashamed of your business practices.

You could easily not even know that you were shopping consignment because the items are pristine and merchandised so beautifully. Chelsea and Julia are spectacular, and I cannot recommend enough for the chic style suggestions and assistance. I highly recommend Chicago RealReal for consigning and shopping!

She's obsessed with their hoodies and sweatpants and insisted we stop in while shopping downtown even though we have one in the burbs because this one is bigger and better. I'm not sure if it's better, but I will say the sales associate who helped us was so lovely. I'm annoyed i forgot to get her name to give her some Yelp love, but she helped us find a super puff jacket (the warmest coats!) and another super puff vest that wasn't in stock so had it shipped to our house. There was a small line for the fitting room, but seemed short after what we had just waited in at Brandy Melville across the street. And checkout was a breeze. I find their quality really great and their pricing fair (maybe pricey if you're buying it for a 13 year old). I have a feeling I may be stealing one of my daughter's super puff jackets (yes, she has a few!) this winter because they are perfect for our Chicago winters!

I know it's not a big deal, but it kind of ruined my experience. Came in on a Monday evening around 6:30, they're not many people in the store so I kind of enjoyed a little more as I am a more relaxed shopper and get more anxiety with a lot of people running around. I had to return a sweater and I went to browse a few items to use for the remaining balance of my gift card, a very nice woman help me pick out a few options that she thought we might look good with the clothes that I already had in my hand. She had also gotten me a fitting room, but I had to ask the other employees for help with the fitting as she was more on the floor sales -which is totally totally fine. Finally found a dress that I liked and checkout was fine but I live in Chicago, so I definitely should know that there is a bag tax. I just totally forgot and definitely wouldn't have taken the bag if they would have said something.

But in terms of brandy melville's, this one is amazing. i bought way too much here. the employees were yelling at us to stand on the staircase instead of the line, which i found pretty dumb but whatever. Also the pricing is weird. I love a brandy always though

I've shopped here multiple times with my Pyrenees and I love the fact that everything here is either 100% cotton or very close to it. All the intimates I've purchased fit extremely well or I wouldn't keep coming back. I prefer leaving five stars as a local guide but instead I'm leaving three because of the fact that you can't try on anything here before you buy it so if you aren't a Chicago local you're out of luck. So far i haven't had to return anything though because all of these dresses have adjustable straps and if you buy drawstring shorts you can tighten or loosen the material to fit your body type. I am only five foot one so I can definitely fit into these clothes. The only item that didn't fit me well are a pair of denim shorts I purchased but I may either resell them or lose a bit of weight lol. Here all the fitting rooms are permanently closed. But what really upset me yesterday was the fact that I wanted to try on a metallic gold sweater top but the security guard stopped me and said it's the store policy that no one can try anything on not even a sweater! I don't agree with that policy nor have I ever shopped at a boutique women's clothing store where you can't try on something as simple as a sweater! I also wish to add that when you check out not all the girls are friendly. You're told that all intimates are non refundable as a warning and they never ask you if you've had a pleasant shopping experience. They ring everything up kind of like it's just a job to them then ask you if you want a bag? May I suggest to upper management that you train your staff to be kinder and bag everything up. Better yet provide cute cloth bags as a kindness a cute complimentary cloth bag that we can reuse like the bags provided by Free People brand so that it's eco friendly! In summary some of the staff are polite enough to want to help but yesterday there weren't enough sales crew on the floor and some of the cashiers were looking kind of harried. Love the clothes strongly disagree with the no try on before you buy policy here!

They have done…read moresome excellent social media marketing and we added this store as a priority stop during our trip after seeing several viral videos about creating a hat. Service was efficient and professional. Staff answered questions patiently and did their best to move customers through the hat making experience without making people feel super rushed. We arrived a little before opening on a weekday and a line had already been formed halfway down the block. The hype around their custom hats was real. Although there was a formalized line of people that was built, customers still needed to scan a QR code to file in a virtual queue to make their hat(s). Since we arrived early, the wait was very minimal through the virtual queue once the shop officially opened. There were several choices of caps to choose from. They had both adult and children hats. I was able to make (semi) matching hats for my daughter and me. Hats were reasonably priced, but the patches are what quickly made the price add up. They're plentiful and so cute. It was hard not to select a ton! Once we completed a mock-up of our hats, the time to finalize was quick. The girl who helped us was super friendly and lovely to chat with. She also gave my daughter a special sticker when we were all done. 5-star experience. We've worn our hats several times since making them and they're still holding up well. Highly recommend this experience if you're visiting Chicago from out of town.
