On the display there were multiple sunscreens of all brands with $2 off coupons displayed on them. Not all prices were reflected correctly on the stand so it was very frustrating to know what each one was worth. I looked around and didn't see any scan here for price in the surrounding isles. We had to download the app to scan around. Finally after selecting a 50 afp spray that came up at 9.34 and having confidence in the $2 off coupons hanging around its neck we went to the registers. The cashier was nice and friendly. She scanned the coupon then said it wasn't recognizing and asked if others had coupons on their necks too. I replied, yes they did. She told me to get another one and look at expiration date. I only grabbed the copper tone coupons (but there were others as well like bannan boat etc). I brought back like ten of them to the cashier and she said she would show her manager. But didn't alter our price for the sunscreen. I feel like I should have at least got the two dollars off as it was advertised this way by the store. I also had to walk back and I was the one clearing out the coppertone coupons myself, a guest, a customer. For me, this negatively impacted my experience here. It was not easy to find advertised prices of items, there didn't appear to be a way to scan items in the store, there was expired coupons being used to advertised, and I feel like the store should have honored their advertised prices. I left feeling like I didn't get a deal and like I should have gone back to look for another 50 spf that could have been cheaper. But I'm leaving this review instead, and letting this go so we can enjoy the carolwinds theme park. Hoping this information helps the store improve.

Sure, it's low class customers who abandon stuff on shelves, who don't know how to walk down an aisle with a cart, and who leave trash in the parking lot. And then there are many associates who truly don't care. Management either does not care or is unable to fix it. At this point, I only come here for the handful of things that I can't get at Costco, ALDI, or LIDL, or the stuff that Public charges twice as much for. And there are certain things I absolutely will not buy at Walmart, especially anything fresh or anything with an expiration date. I have seen too many items on the shelf that are about to expire or they end up going back as soon as I get them home. Today's trip was just baking goods and canned goods, the shelf stable stuff that Walmart cannot really mess up but Publix charges a premium for. We also needed dog biscuits since the Chewy order is two weeks out and we are running low. Would you believe that they moved the pet department to god knows where and did not bother updating the signage? Checkout was its own adventure. We had ten things on the belt when the register went down. The customer ahead of us had already finished their transaction, lost the whole sale, and had to pull everything out of the bags to rescan it. We switched to another register and ended up behind guys paying with one hundred dollar bills. They were old bills, so the cashier had to walk them over to a manager for approval. What is a thirty minute pop in at every other store on our list turned into nearly ninety minutes of hassle. I used to work at a full line Nordstrom years ago, so I know quality when I see it. That's why I love the Rack because you can always expect good brands at better prices than you'd find at the full line store. To some people, Nordstrom Rack still feels a little pricey for a discount store, but you really have to compare it to the original full line price tags. I live in the NoDa area, and I will say this location was a bit farther out than I expected, about 25 minutes from my house. I was honestly surprised that there isn't a Nordstrom Rack closer to the city. This one is more on the outskirts, which is fine, but it does make quick trips or exchanges a little less convenient. Yes, you can return items at the full line Nordstrom, but sometimes you just want to browse and see what's new. Parking here was easy, and the store itself was clean and well organized. Coming from Houston and then Florida, I wasn't used to seeing so many coats in stock, so that actually caught my attention. They had a big winter selection, and I ended up leaving with a super cute trench coat, a puffer jacket, and a couple of other cold weather pieces since I know Charlotte winters are going to be colder. The staff was about as friendly as you'd expect at a Nordstrom Rack, but they moved quickly, and the checkout line wasn't long. Overall, this location was consistent with the other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. No surprises, just the usual dependable Rack experience. I'd definitely return.

The store was very well stocked and clean. You didn't see much on the ground from items knocked down. The items I found were priced very well. No complaints. There was so much variety here that you could spend a lot of time in this store. Upon checking out, I was greeted by a young lady. She asked me about opening a store credit card and I told her no thank you. Her demeanor changed, lol! I mean I'm sorry that I don't shop here often enough but also store credit cards are too limiting! But anywho...nice experience here and I would return.
