It was clearly labeled by size and there were a couple sections specific to seasons/holidays. They also had a clearance section and a couple sale racks. They do not separate boutique brands out, so you really have to dig. I did see some boutique brands like Kissy Kissy, Cecil and Lou, Janie and Jack, Kate Quinn, Little Sleepies, Tea, etc. mixed in. It all seemed like it was in good shape, although I did see something with a stain and some items that clearly had wash wear. The prices weren't bad, most Old Navy, Carters etc. items ran around $4-$8 with boutique brands being around $15. They also had toys, books and shoes with a big section of brand new Itzy Ritzy items at the register. If we wanted a bag after checking out, we had to pay for it. Although it was less than a dollar, I still found this odd. The service wasn't great. It appeared that only one woman was working and she never welcomed us in or checked on us and there was minimal communication from her during our checkout. No one was out on the floor while we shopped. A good experience!

We went to department stores in the area and it was just not the same- we barely got any attention and they did not know the answers to our questions, they also did not have a big selection- don't waste your time there, just come to Shower Me with Love!! And ask for Joyce, she's amazing! We then came back on a Sunday for the car seat and got the same experience- so helpful and knowledgeable. They did not have what we needed in stock either time, but they ordered them to the store, called us when they were ready and we came back and picked them up. The best part on ordering strollers, car seats or furniture from them is that they have a promotion where you get 25% back on a gift card to purchase on anything (that isn't furniture, car seats or strollers) to use within 6 months. They also have any/all baby gear you need! My husband, daughter, and I came here and were initially excited to see an abundance of strollers in the window. Our excitement ended there. When we entered the store, it appeared like no employees were in sight. I grabbed the 2 double strollers I saw and wheeled them around the store to get a feel for them. Of course no price tags are on the products ($$$ ughhh). So, I was waiting around, looking for an employee to ask. I only found one when I went to the checkout area. It was at that time I was informed that the only 2 people qualified to educate and talk to me about strollers were not working that day! No other employee could help. Seriously? So I guess that's why the stroller part of the store was ignored (there were a couple other families there looking lost and wondering were help was). So we left. The good part is, that one of the employees was able to tell me the cost of the stroller I was looking at. I used to work at a full line Nordstrom years ago, so I know quality when I see it. That's why I love the Rack because you can always expect good brands at better prices than you'd find at the full line store. To some people, Nordstrom Rack still feels a little pricey for a discount store, but you really have to compare it to the original full line price tags. I live in the NoDa area, and I will say this location was a bit farther out than I expected, about 25 minutes from my house. I was honestly surprised that there isn't a Nordstrom Rack closer to the city. This one is more on the outskirts, which is fine, but it does make quick trips or exchanges a little less convenient. Yes, you can return items at the full line Nordstrom, but sometimes you just want to browse and see what's new. Parking here was easy, and the store itself was clean and well organized. Coming from Houston and then Florida, I wasn't used to seeing so many coats in stock, so that actually caught my attention. They had a big winter selection, and I ended up leaving with a super cute trench coat, a puffer jacket, and a couple of other cold weather pieces since I know Charlotte winters are going to be colder. The staff was about as friendly as you'd expect at a Nordstrom Rack, but they moved quickly, and the checkout line wasn't long. The store was very well stocked and clean. You didn't see much on the ground from items knocked down. The items I found were priced very well. No complaints. There was so much variety here that you could spend a lot of time in this store. Upon checking out, I was greeted by a young lady. She asked me about opening a store credit card and I told her no thank you. Her demeanor changed, lol! I mean I'm sorry that I don't shop here often enough but also store credit cards are too limiting! But anywho...nice experience here and I would return.
