I needed a place to temporarily stay after being abroad for a semester, and saw that someone was subletting their place at the Marks. It was relatively close to the law school and was pretty inexpensive so I submitted my application to live here.
Pros: Management is friendly, and responds quickly to service requests and other questions. I see people cleaning up the grounds relatively frequently. They did a fun easter egg hunt with prizes including money off rent, and they also organize community activities like sending cards to hospitals. It's also pet-friendly.
Cons: Building is older.
