Literally the worst Mexican food I've ever had in my life. They don't know how to cook! It's like if you ate at someone's house and they don't even have a recipe to follow. Upon driving up there were only 3 cars in the parking lot around 3:30. That should have been a sign but I wanted to give them a fair shake. I was immediately greeted when I entered and taken to a nice both to enjoy my meal. My server brought out my chips and salsa. The chips are a little thick style and actually flavorful, even though I prefer a lighter chip. The salsa was very bland and I unfortunately flavorless imho. My server was point on with her timing and very attentive. For my meal I had the pork carnitas you can see from the included picture. Portions were plentiful, the one thing I typically get either my meal from so many Mexican restaurants is a small portion of sour cream and guacamole which was served with my meal. The meat was flavorful so I was able to enjoy that, everything else was about average from what I have had in comparison Would I return, possibly but if I had options this restaurant wouldn't be my absolute first choice. My wife & I sat down at their bar to eat dinner but gave up and left after waiting a good solid 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the bartender. She was directly in front of us, just feet away and never made eye contact with us or greeted us - not even a "hello". There were only two other patrons at the bar so it was not in the least bit busy! We gave up and left without being acknowledged or approached, and felt completely ignored and insulted. Would have spoken to a manager but never saw anyone and the front desk was unattended as we departed. So if you want to feel invisible, this is the place. read more

First of all I'm surprised at the amount of bad reviews. We were travelling and stopped at a nearby hotel. Was able to walk here for dinner. Service was terrific. Was checked on a couple of times. Never ignored. Seated right away, ordered medium margaritas which were excellent. Then we ordered chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Spicy but delicious. A nice fresh side salad and Mexican rice. Also ordered the jalapeno rellenos. Wow, talk about spicy. My husband, who's a hot spicy freak , even had a problem getting it down. The place is large and almost cavernous but I liked it. This restaurant was across from our hotel and looked fun. We eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants & are typically very happy with the food. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun so they get two stars. The food came out super fast but I think that is because it was just reheated. Unimpressed. Arrived on a Saturday evening. Was alone, so sat at the bar. Wait staff was too preoccupied with their cell phones, (4 standing 4 feet in front of me, but not interested in the customer). One server finally approached, only speaking Spanish until I asked if the spoke English. Menu is primarily in Spanish, so you have to get through that to the translated portion. I decided, no. We dropped in for a quick bite at 1230. The sign says Seafood Bar & Grill, so I was expecting a seafood bar. It's actually a Mexican Grill that has a plethora of seafood items on the menu and has a full bar. I was not disappointed though. The food was unlike ever other Mexican Cantina around. It's upscale Latina dining. Our service was exceptional and super friendly. Our food came quickly in unison with both entrees delivering savory delights. This place is amazing. If you like to try new things check it out. The grilled octopus is really good. The shrimp with marlin is excellent, the crab legs are seasoned perfectly. We ordered extra spicy food so the server brought us out an extra spicy salsa without us even asking for it! The mariachi band is fun. Loved everything. They do have all of the regular foods you find at any Mexican restaurant and lots of American options if you wanna bring your taco bell aficionados along. lol read more

So we go to a lot of Mexican restaurants all over the country because we travel a lot. This food was awful. Cold and tasted disgusting. Beer was cold but very very overpriced. The live Mariachi band was cool. I guess if you are rich (or don't mind paying way too much for draft beer) and don't want to eat this place if for you. Server was nice and friendly. I wouldn't do it again. Also sketchy folks in the parking lot and surrounding parking lots. Didn't feel safe. read more

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Our water glasses were visibly dirty, the music playing was extremely loud. My mom felt sick immediately after eating and threw up 3 times the next day. The food was not worth the price at all with small portions and big prices. read more

First of all let me say OMG! The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was great the music was extremely loud but we pushed through it because the food was off the hook. We will be regulars for sure. I ordered Apollo Monterrey and my husband did the Nachos Jalisco. Both dishes were extremely delicious. The food is very unappetizing and it smelled like fish terribly inside. got the crab legs and they seemed to be over cooked, probably just in a boil all day until someone orders them.
