We stopped in on our way to Albany, GA after reading the Yelp reviews. We were seated right away by a very friendly hostess. Chips and salsa were brought to us right away. The chips tasted so good that I ate several without the salsa. The salsa was delicious! My husband and I split the Pollo Mexicano. It was more than enough for both of us. It was a flattened chicken breast with grilled peppers and onions and just the right amount of cheese sauce on top. Refried beans and rice came with it. I believe that was the BEST chicken I have ever eaten in a Mexican restaurant. I don't know what the seasoning or marinade was but it was fantastic! Went tonight for my birthday and as I went to the restroom the staff decided to steal the remainder of my birthday cookie and my gift from my child that was in a gift bag! They finally "found" my gift bag but the contents of my card was missing. My husband literally went to pay for 2 minutes and I went to the restroom. One of their employees even had the long lighter for the candles in their pocket but no one knew where my stuff was. We ordered for delivery (against our better judgement). We didn't receive tortillas for an order of fajitas. Called the restaurant and got hung up on 3 times. Called DoorDash and tried to resolve it and THEY HUNG UP ON THEM TWICE. I have screen caps of this. My daughter's quesadilla gave her cramps until 4am and my chicken seemed like it was boiled. In liquid distilled from sadness. But with less seasoning. Life is too short to deal with crap like this. Cook at home, people. It's better for you and way less frustrating. read more

I really hope you're reading this before you plan to go eat here. Not sure where to start...the food was so bland. I mean BLAND. The top shelf margaritas we had tasted like some sweet almost lemonade concoction. If there was any tequila in them at all, it definitely wasn't the patron we ordered and paid a lot for. Undrinkable. They were really nice but the service just was not good. We originally tried ordering a pitcher of margaritas but scrapped that when they asked us how much tequila to add (I know, should have known then). They forgot our waters, appetizer, extra napkins and chips... my husband did say his tamale and the tomatillo sauce was good but the rest of the food was a tremendous let down and the chips tasted like they came from a bag. I tried this place about a week ago and liked it so much that I went back again. The service we had was the best service I have had in probably years with our server checking on us and anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask - refilling our drinks, offering us salsa and chip refills, bringing us extra napkins and making sure we were fully taken care of. The chile relleno had such good flavor and consistency that I got it twice. You have the ability to make your own combination of delicious food items, and they have a variety of food options on their menu so there really is something for everyone. They do margarita specials throughout the week til 7, so I look forward to going back soon to try another delicious plate, get a drink, and enjoy some awesome service. Very poor customer service. Requested to not be placed with a server due to past issues and was placed with him anyway after hostess and other team members laughed and pointed at our table while sending him our way. You would think with there being a plethora of Mexican restaurants in the area, they would treat their customers with respect to maintain business and stay viable. Margaritas were strong. Food was fantastic. Our waiter, Raymond, was so friendly and helpful.

Had the worst experience ever. I ordered online and got there only to be told that the printer was out of paper. The young woman who later identified herself as the manager treated me as if I should have known that they couldn't take online orders. She went and had the kitchen make my food and it took an additional 25 mins. I took my food and went out to my car only to notice that cheese dip was turned upside down in the bag and had leaked all over me and my leather seat. I went back in had to wait another 5-10 minutes of people staring at me and offering no assistance before the manager came back. I gave her my food and she took it back and again another 10 minute wait. When she came back I was upset. I asked for compensation since I'd waited as long as I had and my clothes and car were covered in cheese. She said they don't give refunds and I got my food. She was rude in front of a room of 7/8 people waiting to be seated just staring at me. I told her it was all over my seat and she just treated me like she didn't care. To her she gave me food and I paid so she washed her hands of the situation. I asked to be called by the owner and no one bothered. Now I have a ruined jacket and discolored seat and no call or refund. Don't waste your money here they care nothing for regular customers. read more
